Purchased for my 10 year old. This chromebook is very similar to what she is using in school. Durable, lightweight and easy to use.

Wow are we glad we got this when we did! We bought this shortly before COVID hit and schools went virtual. Our daughter has been using this for school almost for a year now and it has been great. It wasn't a very expensive Chromebook and there are times that shows, such as not having touchscreen or a front facing camera. Makes it harder when we need to use to take a picture of something for her assignments, but still grateful we have it and again for the price point we can't complain!

My girlfriend had an old RCA Tablet she was using for e-mail (etc) while away from home. She became more and more frustrated with what that device couldn't do, so I surprised her with this Samsung for Christmas. She LOVES it, because it's just the right size, it's fast, the keyboard is good, and she can use the same Chrome browser as her home computer to do everything she wants. I just wish I had gotten one for myself while it was on sale!

Love this product! Needed to get a new laptop, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money since I only use it for online billing and surfing the web. It’s fast, and easy to use.

Purchased this for my 10 year old last year for Christmas and it is still running well. This is a great option as far as chromebooks, battery holds pretty well and it’s not slow at all. It took me a while to understand how to adjust the limits of things through family link but that’s on me not the chromebook. It serves its purpose and is a nice device for elearning now.

I bought this Chromebook for my kids on Black Friday deal. It's totally worth to pay a little extra for the brand, the quality and the speed. It is up to 10 hours of battery life. This is the first Chromebook we own. The experience is completely different than a Window laptop. But my kids are now liking it. It's less per-installed programs than Win10. I would recommend it if you like things simple.

Dad refuses to pay for internet at home but has had an Android smartphone for many years. Windows and Apple laptops are too messy for him and need too much data for updates, but these chrome books are great. They boot up very fast, have good 8+ hour battery life, are far less likely to get viruses, and don't need time off cpu power or storage. I just made a shortcut on his Android phone to give awifi hotspot and that is enough for him to use this on the internet to read/send email and texts (it integrates with with Android for sms) with much better ease typing than his phone. He even got it to print to his old printer using USB, though strangely one of the USB ports didn't seem to work for that. I bought two Chromebooks for the same amazing price so I'd have one I could use for remote tech support... This one is smaller and lighter though the Intel CPU is some 30% slower than the amd a4 the other one I bought has. Chromebooks are awesome, even low end ones like this, and now that MacBooks are starting to be hit by more viruses (my wife got several viruses on hers somehow last week) should be considered as a lower maintenance alternative to PC/Mac. I have all three but could live with just a Chromebook given they now can run Linux on the side (great for tech folks, somewhat takes away from the ease of use story for them though).

I bought this chromebook for my 8 year old daughter to use for school work. So far, it is perfect for that. She is familiar with chromebooks already as they use them in the classroom, so she was able to use this with ease.

This Chromebook works great for an elderly person who just needs to check their banking and their occasional Facebook usage. I opted to go for the 4gb ram just to make sure the videos can play better on Facebook if she choses to watch them. Made a great Christmas present!

My son has an iPad so before distance learning, he never really used this Chromebook. Since schools have been closed to campus learning and all instruction is done online, he has been using this Chromebook a lot more frequently. We had already synced his school account to this device and so he was ready to go when schools closed. This device is easier to use to navigate Google Classroom and complete assignments. No issues and he is able to work fairly efficiently.

Was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of construction of the Samsung. The Intel Atom processor sips power. I get around 10 hours battery life. 4GB RAM and 32GB flash is adequate for most web and offline tasks. Best Buy's Black Friday (and yesterday's Flash) sale price made this a great buy.

Grandkids love it. Helps with homework online. Ease if use for them, they have classes that require online work. Easy fir them to do and submitting teachers. Charging easy and lasts for quite sometime. Game playing. Not fornite maybe some day is will support different games.

i just wanted an extra computer to keep handy in the living room. This one has nice long battery life; it's instant on, simple to use -- I am spoiled by my touch screen, which this one is not, but the speed of the mouse pad is just fine for what I want to use it for.

Perfect present for my son to use for personal gaming and for school work. Smaller size which fits perfect on his desk. Easy enough to carry around the house and to take when traveling or working on a project at a friend's house. VERY HELPFUL NOW IN ON LINE LEARNING!

If your needs are simple: email, netflix, web browsing, facebook, etc..., then this little chromebook is great. The only slight drawback is that the screen is a little bit low resolution, but standard for this price class. At around $100 on sale, its value can't be beat.

This computer is super great for kids and youngs. I was thinking to buy one to myself. Its super lights and you check emails, watch videos and movies. It connects to Google play store, you can downloads games. The price was excellente too.

We bought this on a whim for my daughter's big Christmas present in 2019. Little.did we know that it would be a lifesaver as her schooling went online in 2020. Easy to set up, great battery life, and reliable performance. It's great.

Great chrome book! Perfect for surfing the web and working a small business. Holds a charge a long time. Fast charging too. I’m not a huge Samsung fan but this chrome book is definitely a great deal!
