This was the worst purchase ever. I have ordered several refurbished items from BB that have all been just as good as brand new, but this Chromebook was in trash can worthy condition. The case looked like it had been through a wood chipper, the mouse pad did not function at all, and the battery would not charge. As soon as I unplugged the thing, it shut off. I am so very disappointed in this purchase, as the quality control person clearly was not doing their job that day. I can't believe that BB would even sell a product in that condition.

This Samsung Chrimebook is very easy to use. Also it does not stall or freeze like some windows laptops. It is very simple and has the ability to multitask.

I am a long time Best Buy purchaser and this is first time a bought a refurbished unit and the last time. The Chromebook looks like trash. The case is all faded and it's missing all the rubber feet. There is a crack in the corner of the case like it was possibly dropped. It really looks worn and should not have been sold. Additionally it was shipped with the power on b/c when I opened the lid it turned on. I will be returning it Monday for a refund.
