    Otherwise good laptop, useful features, but the wireless connection is a headache - just annoying. It doesn't pick up Wi-Fi signals well. The old laptop it was to replace picks up the signal and this one doesn't. If it picks up the signal it soon loses it. This was a refurbished computer. Obviously it was returned by the previous buyer because it had a fault. This laptop was supposed to be painstakingly and thoroughly tested, but apparently it was not.

    Thought I got a great value. Was happy when it was delivered. After working 10 days approximately 6 times. Was returned to BestBuy and head to purchase a new computers, Would not boot up after that.

    Horrible experience, the computer did not work out of the box and I had to waste hours of my life trying to get it repaired by the geek squad until they said that they could not fix it...and then another 2 hours of arguing to get my money back.

    I think that I got a great deal. You cannot buy this laptop with $300. I like the 2.4Ghz i3 processor. You cannot miss it.
