The ice cubes fall down behind the drawer and stay there r come flying out the bottom of the fridge onto the kitchen floor. Called Samsung and their people told me to operate the ice maker manually to fix the problem (I’m really mad )!!

Love the counter depth as well. My wife and I are liking it more & more every day! Oh, and the fingerprint resistance stainless steel finish works very well. Lots less cleaning of the doors!

Have a family of 5 and holds everything we need. Also helps that it is on wheels and very easy to move forward to clean underneath. Also nice to be able to get notified on app when fridge is open when kids are home by themselves.

Very spacious and the lighting is very bright. No more digging around for food in the fridge. All readily and easily available. Love the lower drawer, ice maker and space below in the pull out drawer. Would buy again in a heartbeat!
