Bought two of these for apartments. Both failed within a few weeks. Samsung support recommended unplugging for a bit and plugging back in (a cold reboot, pun intended), Problem is, that's not a great solution for a fridge - we had tenants who had to throw out a significant amount of food as everything in freezer had melted. Best Buy was good about replacing - so far so good with the second set of units, but based on other reviews there is a design flaw with this fridge, or a bunch of bad batches. Would recommend going a different direction for your next fridge.

The products are very nice and the people who came to install the refrigerator, microwave, and stove were really nice. 10/10 I recommend anyone these products, they are so nice in person and worth the money!

Really enjoy our new fridge. We have an older house with limited space for a new fridge and really wanted one with the French Door. Even though we have not used this with WiFi yet we are loving it.

Staff was very nice and a pleasure to speak with made this visit and purchase very easy no stress at all and did not push fir us to purchase any additional items that maybe used with this appliance

For the price, it is a decent appliance. I struggle with the storage on the doors. It has the ability to hold only 1-gal of something on either of the doors. Also, things like syrup bottles are too tall to stand between shelves. The top of the fridge is constantly smudged since there are no handles. Overall, it's a good unit but I would not buy it again.

Perfect little French door fridge. Literally the only fridge that would fill our old fridge's spot and still make it through all stupid small doors.

This is one of the very few refrigerators that would fit in my space. I have not had any issues with it and I absolutely love that the freezer is on the bottom

It looks great but shelf space is limited and taller items won’t fit unless you remove one of the shelves

Periodically i turn off the ice maker with my phone because it wont stop making ice even when its full. Small inconsequential thing. Other than that its pretty good

Looks good, interior lacks a deli/cheese bin. Must open the right door to access the left; this will cause problems and someone is likely to try and force the left door open.

Fridge prize was excellent bough on sale and was very happy I have not plug it up was yet due to my place is been fixed

The fridge is ok. The no-handle idea looks good, but results in a tremendous amount of fingerprints on the front. It is good that it cleans easily, because you will be cleaning it often. Best Buy offers good deals, but the service is TERRIBLE. My fridge came with a dent. When I called the service number, a nice lady in India said, "so sorry for your extreme disappointment" and hung up on me.

Not quite as spacious as i wanted. Inside there is a curve in the middle of the fridge that takes up space

I like having more space on the top with the french doors. I can put a 9 x 12 baker in it without issue. I bought a stand alone freezer to make up for loss freezer space.

Good product but, drawers are difficult to take out and put back when they need to be deep cleaned
