    This fridge is clearly haunted. It keeps beeping at me if it gets left open for too long. It wants to plan my meals. It sends me notices through my phone. It tells me to perform unspeakable evils. Other than that, solid fridge. the freezer is a little small, but it's not too bad.

    Omg the scratches!!!! I hate this refrigerator. I'm so angry after spending all this money, when my other black stainless steel appliances don't scratch so insanely early.

    What is the point of having a nice Fridge that doesn't keep your items cold? The day this brand new Fridge was delivered we plugged it in and the temp went to 68 degrees in the fridge when the setting was at 38 degrees, Once it hits 68 degrees the fridge turns off, the freezer never made ice and didn't get cold at all. $200 worth of food destroyed. Stay away from Samsung kitchen products, They are beautifully designed but are not made to last. Frigidaire is the way to go.

      If your freezer is not freezing, or if your fridge or other temperature-controlled compartments (such as FlexZone) are not cooling, there are several options for fixing the problem and correcting the temperature. Most cooling concerns can be resolved by adjusting refrigerator settings, proper use and care, inspecting and cleaning the door seals, or resetting the refrigerator.

    Don't understand this section

    3 dents and a scratch. Was promised compensation but yet to receive it. Called seversl times with no results. Couldn't install ice maker bc valve was too tight and corroded. Would have cost another $125 for valve.

    Worst customer service and support specially delivery, the washer I bought they damaged it during transit and or delivery they refused to replace it instead they cancelled the order and refunded the money and asked to buy another one at a higher price I would not recommend Best Buy

    I have the temperture set for 34 but it doesn't cool down under 36 and usually hovers at 37-38.

    DO NOT BUY this item. The shelf heights are weird. You cannot put a full gallon of milk on any of the 3 shelves. 1 liter bottles do not fit on the shelves. Not sure who designed this, but evidently they didn't use common items to design it. Also, the shelf height choices are limited. The top shelf has 1 spot. The bottom shelf has 2 choices, about 1 1/2 inches apart.

    Refrigerator has not worked since we got it home. Finally got some o e out to check it after 3 weeks and was told we have to wait another 2 weeks for return service call to replace the brain on refrigerant. Or we can have it replaced but it also will take 2 weeks to have it replaced. So are having the decision to have replaced

    It took 3 tries for me to get the refrigerator. I had to go over & wait 3 times. Once the truck broke down & I wasn’t even called. Once they delivery people didn’t have the correct equipment & they left. I was told I would be compensated for two times the delivery failed with a gift card for each time & I wasn’t. No one ever contacted me or made it right.

    Started to notice my milk was getting spoiled way before the due date, thought that the setting on the fridge was the issue. Change the temp but the problem continued. 4 months later the whole freezer thought out and lost all my food. Today 6/1 I'm trying to get a tech to get it fixed... Complete night mare.
