    Fridge went out less than a month after it was installed. Have a repair scheduled and it is under warranty, however this is a huge inconvenience and unacceptable.

    Freeze stopped working after about 2 weeks. Then the fridge stopped about 4/5 days later. Had to order new fridge. Tech was not able to get new parts in reasonable time.

    This is the second Samsung refrigerator i had purchased that lasted 2-3 days. I have nothing positive to say about Samsung appliances. Steer away from the dissatisfaction if you can avoid it.

    Wish I could leave NO STARS, this is junk. And geek squad has left me on hold for over and hour 2 times with promises to call back to schedule repairs writhing 24 hours and bo call. So so so frustrated
