works good - shelves need help in location like it

We were limited to size and this fridge was one of the very few options we had. It looks great and the size was perfect but it broke down after two months!!! So frustrating it broke down Sunday and a repair man is finally coming on Thursday hoping I don't have to go much longer without my fridge all my produce is wrecked! what a waste of food and money! This is the first Samsung appliance I've owned and probably the last! Too bad because they look great!

First time have a bottom freezer. The last fridge we owner had a problem with the freezer staying cold.not with this one. We also need a fridge without a dispenser On front .

freezer handle keeps coming off. want it fixed do i need to come into best buy?

Only had this fridge for about a month...and have no complaints. It's roomy and bright, nice looking, and functioning well. I would recommend it to anyone.

Samsong was the only manufacturer that offer a small size counter depth refrigator for a reasonable price very pleased.

Samsung fridge is compact & modern for small kitchens. Can only fit 2 gallons but expected for small fridge. Other than that so far it does the job.

The refridgerator has worked well so far. The only negative was the ability to use a water filter for the ice maker. It would require an installation fee and also would take up space behind the fridge.

Great Fridge for a small kitchen. If you have a big family might not be the fridge for you. Excellent for a single person.

Like it allot works perfect with our limited space, a little small on the inside but for the two of us it works good.

I love the design especially the door open signal. That let you know when the door is not closed properly

I was unable to use this fridge in my kitchen. It has a large box at the back that makes it even taller then the front hinges. I did not expect it to be tall as it is only 17.5 cu ft. Read the height and check your space.

The fridge began to have issues in the first year of use. It had to have the main operating panel replaced under warranty due to water issues. Then, the handle for the freezer broke off (out of warranty) which seems to be a common issue with this model. Shame on Samsung for not repairing these under warranty. Faulty design. Avoid this model or any similar line.

Samsung French door counter-depth stainless steel refrigerator is perfect in every way.

Delivery was smooth. Each step was communicated in advance. Technicians were respectful of our home.

This is my 3rd Samsung Fridge my family has bought now and we've been satisfied with each one!

This is a nice looking refrigerator but it very poorly designed. Refrigerator shelves don't have enough Height dpace8a gallon of milk doesn't stand upright. Freezer doesn't open far enough to take food out of freezer. You have too open French doors and freezer and still can't reach inside very dissatisfied

Love the Samsung products. We are very glad to have it.

Oh..I don't like it but I do love it so much..A much better look than my other 14yr old ref..
