This fridge is great if you are in a bind and nothing else works in terms of size. I really hate that my space could not fit some of the bigger models. But you gotta do what you got to do. My number one pet peeve with this refrigerator is it’s very difficult to fit gallons of milk/sauces/dressings in the door and maximizing space there. Also the freezer is super small. Would only recommend this to a young couple with no kids or a single person.

We previously had one of the old fashioned no-frill top freezer bottom refrigerator types due to space constraints, but I really wanted a modern one with all the nice features. This one fits in the tight quarters, but has all the features that the bigger ones do. The ice maker works great, and it's wonderful to have food at eye-level instead of having to kneel down on the ground to rummage around. This makes it easier to take stock of what we have, eliminating a lot of food waste. LED lighting saves energy, as does the "Eco" button. The "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" features help to cool things down quickly. Lots of different compartments and shelves on the doors, as well as a two-tiered freezer below keep things well organized.

Installed this unit in our motorhome, replacing a troublesome gas-electric switching Norcold unit. It fit beautifully and went in with minimal cabinet modification. The only disappointment is that the energy saver setting causes moisture condensation between the upper french doors. This was remedied by turning off that option. As the humity decreases with cooler weather I am hopeful that we can switch it back. Have not used it enough to review other features but it is quite nice looking inside and out--ice maker works great!

This is a great fridge so far! The counter depth is perfect for us.

Our choices for a refrigerator were quickly reduced to two models due to our confined space. Although this one is not as efficient in interior space as our old refrigerator. We have adapted to the shelf adjustments.

I love, love, love this fridg! It fits perfectly in my small kitchen and suits my needs. I don't use the icemaker so issues previously reported re: icemaker do not apply. The doors can be opened to only 45degrees to open vegetable bins but moving fridg shelves requires opening doors a bit further. It is advised to decide on shelf positioning before placing refrigerator. Vegetable bins are most frequently used and its great having them within reach. I don't consider the fridg noisy at all.

We bought this fridge to go in our condo we are selling. It has a great look and functions well! We do not have the ice maker waterline set up yet so no comment on that. However, for it's size and being a countertop depth fridge, we have been able to store everything we had in our larger old side by side plus have room for frozen pizza in the freezer! With a family of 5 that's a lot of food. It got cold very fast, so we were able to transfer everything over in less than 4 hours. It also has a warning when you may have left the doors open, useful with the kids! We have been very pleased with it.

I absolutely loved this refrigerator. From it's sleek design, to it's adjustable shelves. Great compact, to meet my family's needs.

I was on a budget, but wanted something nice and modern. I like the french doors, they open wide and allow alot of space. The freezer get soooo cold. When I fist got it the setting was -6F. it was sub zero cold! its range is -8F to +8F. Which I guess I never knew was so good! The french door style has a small flap on the left door, that fits in a channel. Helps make a seal. Even if I close that door last it still latches and works. it also has an alarm if you leave the door open. I discovered one day, very nice feature! The interior lighting is bright and well lit with no dark areas. Great budget fridge!

This refrigerator is spectacular. I love having an ice machine. The ice is perfecto! It only makes noise when the ice drops, otherwise very quiet.

The freezer has given us trouble since the first week, but at first we were able to fix it by power cycling. A month before our one-year warranty ended, we noticed the freezer was warm even though the temperature sensor read -2. We called Samsung on Sept. 10 (our warranty ended Sept. 30), and they scheduled a repair, which was delayed until Sept. 25. They replaced the electronics given what they had on hand instead of assessing the issue. By the time we were able to get ahold of Samsung to schedule a followup, it was a few days past warranty, so they refused to cover it. It seems this is a common problem with Samsung fridges, and the cost to fix it can be more than the cost of the fridge. I hate to throw out a one year old fridge with brand new electronics, but it's pretty useless, and even if we get it fixed, the cooling system could break again.

Love the size of this fridge because my kitchen is small, however I did not realize how limited the storage is inside. Shelves are close together, I can not put filtered water pitcher on a shelve. Same with the side compartments...but overall I rather have the small fridge then the huge one I had before.

Had to change to a counter depth refrigerator due to the size of my entrance. I was reluctant Bc I thought it would be too small. So far I have more than enough space and refrigeration is excellent. My milk lasts longer than my prior non Samsung refrigerator. So far so good! And it's attractive.

Our freezer stopped working within the 1 year warranty and Samsung's phone customer service was very difficult to work with to get it fixed and refused to pay for a followup service visit when the first visit didn't solve the problem. Their social media customer service was easier to work with and sent a servicer out for a followup visit. They discovered that the coolant had completely leaked out and added more, though they couldn't find the source of the leak. Since then, we discovered that the pipe in the back has been freezing and melting, causing permanent damage to our new hardwood floors. So, now we have a freezer that's temporarily fixed, and a rotting floor board, and not sure what to do next... save yourself the headache and get a different fridge.

Had less than 24hrs and it started having compressor issues, or at least this is what I was told when I described the very loud buzzer sound it would make about 6 times a day. It sounded like when you get buzzed into a secure location or an old fashioned doorbell except extremely loud. I read the reviews of several Samsung appliances but must have missed this one. What I read was that Samsung is known for noises, nothing terrible some popping and cracking which could happen during initial use. I could live with that but I didn't read anything about the other noise. For the price it would have been an awesome deal but now I know why. If your willing to get a refrigerator that needs repairs right off the bat then this one is for you but if your looking for a dependable refrigerator consider another brand.

When my new refrigerator arrived, the crew that delivered and installed it was absolutely great. After a few hours, though, I noticed that the freezer compartment wasn't getting any colder. I finally figured out that it wasn't closing properly because part of the drawer railing was broken. They replaced the whole fridge in two days with another great delivery and set-up crew. Thanks! The fridge itself is quiet, efficient, has a great ice maker, great lighting, and plenty of room for a two or three person household.
