So far so good! I've had the fridge for approx. 4 weeks with no issues. It is definitely a fridge for a smaller family - the style is counter - depth so you lose some space in there. I've had to get creative with how I store food. The door shelves are less than desirable, small jars are just fine but if you get items in large jars you'll find you won't be able to fit them in the door and then end up taking more precious space on the main shelves. The freezer is pretty big! I can fit a good amount of food in there but you do have to organize it as well. I have not used the ice maker yet; the delivery guy said he couldn't set it up for me but told me how to do it. I just haven't needed ice since it's cold right now and I'm not in a hurry for it. I did have to attach the three handles which took some patience but all the tools are provided. Both the inside and out wipe clean nicely. I'm happy with the look of the fridge and I hope to get my money's worth. Best Buy was awesome during the entire transaction. This was actually the second fridge I selected; had to refuse the first one I selected due to a sizing issue. Went back to look at other models and the salesman was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Will return to BB again for my next appliance need.

The new Samsung refrigerator looks great in our kitchen I love the black polished stainless steel color. The various drawers and stones give me alot of options in storing avariety of foods . I like the freezer drawer on the bottom, which is also very roomy.

I had the same refrigerator in my last home and loved it- this one is proving to be just as lovable. It’s a smaller size due to the space it had to fit into, but it has enough space inside for food for our two person household. I did not want fancier models with lots of expensive extras. The black stainless exterior looks even better than I expected- the darker color actually makes the big box blend in with its surroundings better than a white one would have too. I have several Samsung appliances and have been happy with all of them

It’s a beautiful fridge and pretty quiet. I gave it 4 starts because you can’t fit one gallon of milk in the fridge. I had to use the door for my gallon of milk. The shelves are not apart enough to fit a gallon. Who designed this??? People drink milk and would like to be able to put a gallon between the glass shelves. Poorly designed..

Love the refrigerator! A little smaller but there is just two of us so it works perfect. Love how it is only as deep as the cabinets

Love it, went from a 13 cu ft to this 18 cu.ft wow! Fitting it in my camper was task. All is well lots of room fit perfectly. Looks and runs great. Very happy Bill

I really wanted to love this fridge. I was excited to get it since everything I've had before had been used. My problem with this is that the shelves are so close together that you can't fit a gallon of milk on any shelf. The only way to fit milk is to move the top shelf to the middle thus losing a ton of room in the process. We were trying to upgrade, but we've only succeeded in losing space. I mean, we could put milk in the door, but who does that? I've never seen anyone put milk in the fridge door. I can't recommend this to anyone but a single person who doesn't keep much in their fridge. See the photo. Those two shelves should not be that close together.

I usually like Samsung products. This is a really noisy refrigerator. When I first heard it I thought someone was outside my home with a generator or some industrial equipment. It pops and bangs a lot as well (loud). The freezer drawer is really hard to access as it leaves very little room to put items in or take items out. Really bad design. I've adjusted the temperature controls to the highest setting and I still get frozen items in the refrigerator area. Today when I went to roll out (I've had almost a year) i couldn't roll and discovered the front rollers (casters) were collapsed. Called Best Buy, no help from them. I have contacted Samsung and am waiting for a reply from them. I regret this purchase, and I regret buying it from Best Buy. Uploading a file of the collapsed front wheel

This refrigerator is everything we expected of it. It’s spacious for our small family of 3. And there are plenty of drawer space for everything you need. I love having the French door because it makes it easier for my 3 year old to grab her popsicles and ice cream plus she can still reach the bottom shelfves of the refrigerator where we keep all her snacks and drinks. It’s also looks great. It does make a random noise every once in a while (twice per day) where i don’t know if it’s readjusting the temperature or something but it is quite loud. It only does it for a few seconds and then it stops and is pretty silent the rest of the day. Other then that it works great.

My wife loves this fridge. It is crazy quiet. We don't use the ice maker. Love the fridge doors, great storage pockets and ease of adjusting. The shelving as well. The freezer is decent sized, we do miss the pull out drawers of our 20 year old LG. The "bin" style pull out makes it feel more like a chest freezer. Meaning you are at times bending way over to reach items at the very bottom. The "black" is more of a very dark charcoal color, which we both love. Did I mention, this thing is quiet? Yes, I would recommend this to friends.

This counter depth refrigerator is awesome! We needed a counter depth because we remodeled the kitchen and we didn’t like our other refrigerator in the new spot because it was so deep and stuck out way past the counters.The new one was an adjustment because it’s smaller but it’s super nice and finger prints literally disappear! If it needs cleaned on the doors I use stainless steel wipes and then wipe over with a microfiber cloth.

I'm really happy with this refrigerator. It fit perfectly and looks really good in the kitchen. The fingerprint resistant finish stays clean. I have no kids or pets, so that helps. I like the door alarm. Only gave 4 stars because of shelf heights and icemaker. The ice maker is not smart enough to stop making ice if the ice bin is not in there or if the ice bin gets too full, and it will overfill and dump ice cubes in the back of the freezer and I can see them back there, and i can sort of reach them with a long stick, but its awkward and weird design. Its not a dealbreaker --- it is annoying. The shelf heights mean that milk, water pitcher, etc, have to go in the door. Even silly things like my lemon juice is too tall. The shelves are adjustable, and I can remove a shelf to make the height I want. There is not enough height to use all three shelves to get everything to fit. Its annoying that I cannot figure out how to set it up to have one really tall shelf without making the other two so short they are worthless. So, two shelves or 3 shelves where every day is a bit more tetris than I'd like. The installation was 5 stars. The installer called and verified the address, time and scope before. They had to reschedule due to an illness and were transparent about the reason, and helpful to reschedule to a day that worked well for me. He got everything ready to go and got it moved in, the hoses/cords set up, and then centered it perfectly. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase and installation and its the reason I went with Best Buy for my washer/dryer purchase too. Their online search process is simple, the delivery/installation was great. Even with all the covid shortages, I was able to find something and, for me, less choice was helpful since I ended up with only 2 options that were local and fit my kitchen. My two gripes are not dealbreakers and I will learn to buy shorter items.

For a narrow, black stainless fridge with a bottom freezer option, this was the only one with an ice maker. Fortunately, it seems to be working well and looks great. I just wish it had a water dispenser and was a little quieter. I could then add a 5th star.

Very quiet. Perfect size for our townhome. Very pleased with the storage space and the ice maker is tremendous. Definitely a good buy.

Like most NYC apartments, I have a galley kitchen so a counter depth, french door option was preferred. We are a family of four and this size works well for us but ultimately, some people may find this too small...especially if one uses a fridge for storing a lot of food. But if you are looking for a simple cold box that looks super sleek this is a great option. I don't have any problems with food freezing on the top shelf and no build up in the freezer. However, please bear in mind I do not use the ice maker so I do not have any water lines attached. Have been using this for nearly two months. The fridge is quiet. My only gripe is that it can dent VERY EASILY. Surprising since a fridge should be built for high traffic. The corner of a shelf bumped into the door and dinged it but no matter. I still love the fridge and it goes well with my black kitchen sink.

The black stainless steel is very beautiful! It is great for smaller kitchens and is very quiet. The inside looks amazing and keeps everything organized! I bought it on black Friday and was pleased with the overall price and quality! This is my first Samsung fridge and I am super impressed! I love it!
