I had a side by side refrigerator before. There was more room on the door for condiments & drinks then this one has. It does have a lot of room for large trays & casseroles which never fit in the side by side. The freezer is great, I love the pull out drawers. There is much more room than in my old side by side. Because of space restrictions I was limited to the size I could get & this one works great.

Some issues trying to fit everything, things like milk, gallon jugs only fit in door and there isn't a lot of space for them. Easy to move around, big drawers and keeps everything cold. There is an alarm that goes off if the door stays open to long which is neat in case you don't get it closed tight.

Nice energy saver, and more space . For Samsung this is one of the best.

It took me a while to search for a fridge that would fit into the space we had. Who knew it was so hard to buy a fridge the problems I had was some fridges were too big, too tall and the depth was too big as well. This fridge took care of all our problems!! We absolutely love it!! I read some of the reviews before I purchased this fridge someone said the ice maker didn't stop true but you can turn it off when you have too much ice. Of course this is a smaller fridge but it is perfect for my small family.

We purchase this item to upgrade appliances in our small kitchen. The price and size accommodated out needs, but the only thing is the shelves are not adjustable to accommodate a gallon of milk or juices you have to use the door which is not a "big" problem. The ice makes tends to clump ice not individual ice cubes again not "big problem" overall we are satisfied

I wanted a smaller refrigerator that performed well and looked good. I am glad that I waited 3 months after my purchase to respond to this review request. After using the freezer handle on average 2-3 times a day it has already broken off, the ice maker cover has popped off and seems to be hard to stay back on. Moving to a more compact fridge makes organization a bit more difficult, but that is my transition to figure out. I am concerned about the quality of the fridge overall in terms of lasting as it is seemingly already falling apart. Otherwise, it looks good and keeps things cool and appropriately frozen.

Bought this fridge for our new home and it is very spacious. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase and amazed by the look of the fridge, and also the LED lighting is a very nive touch.

Though we love the look and functionality of this refrigerator, we've had to have it repaired 3 times for the same problem. They said that if we have to have them come again they will replace the unit but so far it seems to be working better now. Hopefully that was the last of the issue.

On delivery, the ice maker didn't work and had to be replaced. This was a nightmare, as Samsung has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Took multiple attempts to reach them, then major hassles to get it replaced. The fridge itself is fine, but the doors are awkward to close and constantly need re-closing. The butter compartment is too small/ hard to get butter in or out. Other than that it's OK. I do like the sliding middle drawer, gives it some versatility.

Bought this Fridge for my new place back in 2015. Now it's 2017 and still no problems and working great. The only gripe is I don't use the ice maker and it is space I can utilize for the freezer.

i got this fridge over Memorial wkd, meaning great big šale price. & great 0% credit deal. But about the fridge... It is just us 2 adults, so size is perfect. It is really, really pretty. Petty, I know, but for $1400 (after I bought the 4yr protection deal...) I wanted pretty.... I have read mixed reviews about its quality, hope we got a good one. So far so good! Only annoyances so far are the noise when the ice drops-- b/c our very guardy dogs think someone knocked on the door & bark for 5mins.....

Love this fridge! Couldn't afford the one I really wanted so I selected this model based on price and I love it! Fits very well with my other Samsung appliances and has most of the features I wanted. The Best Buy delivery was on time and the two young men could not have been more helpful!

After weeks of research and comparing brands, I went with the Samsung stainless steel french door. Awesome fridge, great price and everything I needed.

So far I love everything about it! I have not experienced some of the other problems other users have had...it's very quiet, I haven't had any issues fitting things in the refrigerator. You just need to get used to putting tall bottles inside the door. Samsung seems like a reliable brand so I'm hoping it will last a long time. My last refrigerator was 17 yrs old...but u know the saying "they just don't make 'em like they used to". But overall, I love it!

This is our second unit because our first one had a collapsed drain which the company guaranteed quite readily. We accepted the same model for the warrantee replacement because we liked the performance and appearance of the first one. We like the freezer drawer size and compartments. We also like the milk jug shelf in each door. We would have liked a split shelf configuration in the cabinet for taller items. So far we are very satisfied with this unit.

Very good cooling and temperature control The width worked well in my small kitchen finish could have matched my samsung range better shelves are full width, would prefer more flexibility

Overall I love this fridge, its big enough for my needs without being massive. I'm a big fan of the freezer drawer. That being said, it is expensive unless you get it on open box or clearance.
