Sound and picture are good but there is no capability for HD

Happy that the TV has a loud enough volume as so many TV's lack loud sound. I wish that the stand had a tilt feature. Otherwise good TV for my small room use

I needed a small TV for my kitchen, i hunted around for a month. I was skeptical about using a 19" as it seemed to big. before I mounted it I held it up to see how it looks and the size worked out. I didn't want to use a cable box so I connected the cable wire directly, I found out after that in order to just get basic cable using Verizon the TV would need to had a QAM tuner and luckily the samsung does. I connected the cable, ran the tuner setup and I got all the local channels in HD (~10 Channels). I wanted internet, netflix and a few other capabilities so I added a roku streaming stick. Great TV, i use it daily.

This TV works great in my kitchen. Small enough to fit on a counter or fridge. Picture is good. I use it with an HD antennea and a Roku stick to bring in my Amazon Prime. Very happy with this purchase

(Rating should really be 3.5 stars.) I would have preferred, and actually bought, a Toshiba 22-inch set -- great sale price, higher resolution (1080p, vs. 720p for the Samsung), superior off-axis brightness/viewing. But the 22-inchToshiba was the smallest screen of theirs available, and it was just a bit too big for either my desktop or the kitchen counter (where we have a one year older Samsung 19-inch). So I returned the Toshiba for this 19-inch Samsung. Having said all that, the Samsung 19-inch is quite a decent value. And the off-axis viewing problem is significantly improved in this newest model, vs. the older one we have in the kitchen. This newer model has a "magic angle" feature that allows you to optimize the screen for vertical off-axis viewing. ("Standing-up" viewing is the typical problem for us here.) Horizontal off-axis is still a problem -- get too far off to the side, and the screen washes out. There are many features, including lots of sound equalization, to optimize the set for your own use. All in all, a very decent set for small-screen applications (countertop, desktop, close-up viewing). I just wish Toshiba made a 19" set.

TV is easy to operate. Picture quality is excellent. Small enough to fit in a tight space. It was a great value and features for the price. Was easy to set up. Don't need to be tech savvy. Remote control easy to figure out and use.

I purchased this television for my kitchen so that I can watch football (primarily) while cooking - don't like missing any important plays. I wanted a good picture and decent sound. I have great picture quality as well as great sound. The set up was effortless. It literally took me ten minutes to set up. The only thing I had to do was purchase an antenna since I didn't connect this television to a cable outlet. I am very pleased with my Samsung 19 inch TV.

This TV was purchased for our camper and it is the perfect size to fit on the counter-top. Picture looks good and sound is fine for the small area of our camper. My only complaint is that it has what can best be described as an in-line power transformer/adapter as part of a 2-part power cable. The first part of the power cable containing the transformer/adapter gets plugged into an electrical outlet, and then the 2nd part of the power cable goes from the transformer/adapter to the TV. It's a bit cumbersome for the small area of our camper, but we'll make do.

We had our grand daughter pick this item up at your CO store. She is very pleased with the ease of setup in her small dorm room. The TV is attached to the college network. She said the the picture is great.

Needed a small flat screen TV to fit into a kitchen wall cabinet and this fits the bill perfectly! Excellent picture, with good choice of picture sizes. Sound it OK for the application. Overall, I'm very pleased with this TV and would recommend it.

I've only had it a few weeks. But it looks good and preforms well for the security system I am using it on. The security system has HD cameras on it, so it is a very good, crisp, clean match.

i wanted a small reliabile tv to replace one that broke. this one works well has good picture quality , is small, and fits in the corner of the kitchen. we are pleased with it.

We do not want a large TV in our bedroom and the size of this TV is perfect for our use. The only thing that would make it better is if the screen would tilt slightly, but it is fixed in the stand. This TV replaced a clunky, thick old TV so we are really enjoying the sleek, thin design. I have not been able to completely sync this TV with the cable remote, but this is probably not the fault of the TV. Lastly, the only reason I didn't rate the picture excellent is because the picture is good but not always perfect. This too is probably not the fault of the TV - we do not have an HD connection in the bedroom where this TV is located.

Pleasantly surprised with angled view feature. Color is good. Remote control is user friendly also.

We had an Insignia before and it was very annoying. It took forever for channels to come on. This one comes on instantly and changing channels work instantly. The picture is good quality. We are very satisfied

My aunt loves this smaller tv for her kitchen dinner company. Except for the volume control on the remote is hard for her to use. It was easy to set up and ready in a flash.
