    I had great assistance from the first Best Buy associate, Larry, who told me about the Samsung led tv. He provided good information and offered to help if I had any problems when setting up the tv.

    I bought this tv for our kitchen to replace an old LG. I have been dissapointed with the picture quality and also the sound. The sound is very tinny as if the speakers are very small. The picture quality leaves a lot to be desired.

    Nothing special about this TV. We purchased it because it was one of only a few that would fit in the available space. Picture is ok but we expect better from a LED screen. It was priced $50 more than the larger 22in screen.

    with out the proper cables the picture is jumpy. It looks like the persons head is moving seperately from the the rest of the body.
