    Bought it after thanksgiving and hooked it up a few days after it arrived, I then noticed that the sub kept disconnecting like every 2 min for about 5 seconds, I figured it might have gotten banged up from shipping so I returned it to a Best Buy store for exchange, the new one did it a few times but seem to be working ok now, as to the quality of sound I can’t complain, the bass is their

    This thing sounds really clean and crisp. Voices in movies are clear, and you hear every detail during movies, or sports. The bass is very nice, but not really deep. It does sound very good, but if you are looking for the really big boom, you will have to either spend more on another sound bar set with a giant powered subwoofer, or add on a separate larger sub to this sound bar. The subwoofer is not bad at all, just not the big boom you may crave. Still a very good bargain!

    I snatched this soundbar/subwoofer up during the BF sale. It took my TV sound up a notch and I haven't even connected the subwoofer yet. I'm using the optical cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. For the Fire TV Cube, I went into Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Surround Sound > Always Dolby Digital in order to hear sound when using the cube.
