This is a decent sound bar however the bass isn’t great at all. I bought this during a pre-black Friday sale and I ultimately exchanged it for $40 bucks more for the Samsung N450. If you’re looking for bass, look elsewhere.

The only thing that I don't like about this item is that I have to turn it off every time that I turn on the TV and I don't want to listen to the soundbar or subwoofer. Other than that...great product.

I got this on sale. If i had paid original price i would have returned. It sounds lower than the cheap $100 bar i have. It was a bit tricky to set up blue tooth speaker to bar. Okay for the price.

I really did not like the fact that the sound bar did not come with batteries. I had to buy my own. I wish it stated this on the package. I'm disappointed that Samsung did not provide it.

Needs more bass and does not have loud sounds when using the optical cable. Worked best using HDMI

Bought open box & was supposed to have everything, but was missing a lot of items. It works well for the cost/model. Does what I want it to do for now.

Bought this on sale however I ended up returning it and buying a better quality LG system at Costco , this is a decent beginners sound bar.

I expected more from Samsung, I own lots of their products and been quite pleased with them, not so much with this one. But you get what you pay for.

Bought this to replace an older insignia sound bar,l. It wasn’t too bad, but the bass was no where close as the older one. I ended up returning.

I was expecting more thunder/ boom, but it was lacking that, compared to to Yamaha Yas-207 system. It does its job though.

Bought this because the insignia I bought just wasn't cutting in in my new living room anymore. Very impressed with the subwoofer and the bass it can deliver. However the right side of the bar likes to cut out from time to time, (this includes optical out from my tv and Bluetooth from my phone) and requires me to unplug the power and plug back in, very annoying. Would be 4 stars otherwise.

Great sound in all aspects, but very bad Bluetooth range, had to return twice

The sound is better than my T.V speakers, it comes with different settings for movies/sports/crisp dialogue

The soundbar has issues syncing.....there is no problem with the TV speakers and I have tried both an optical and HDMI cable to resolve the issue. The HW-K460 also does not show up on the Samsung web site as a product...the issue could also be the TV (also a Samsung)..very dissatisfied at this point

Not a bad little compliment to your tv. I enjoy using the bluetooth to play music from my phone through it

Had this soundbar system for about 5 months now. Started out okay. Now the subwoofer cuts out every 5 mins. I've moved it to within 2 feet from the soundbar and it just keeps cutting out and giving the "Check Soundbar" message. I came here to see if it was too late to return, of course it is. So now I am the proud owner of a soundar with no woof. Avoid this product

It is ok. Whenever I turn off and start I need to on each and every time.

I personally have had problems with the Remote as well as hooking it up to my tv.

Now the worst and not the best in my opinion. Not of sonic change with the options

The real problem was with mounting them on the tv - could not be done. Went with Vizio instead
