I researched this product and was assured by Best Buy that the speaker kit I was purchasing was compatible with this soundbar. After I received the speakers, I discovered from Samsung that they were not compatible. Unfortunately, the only speakers that are compatible with this soundbar are no longer sold. I contacted Best Buy, and the only options they gave me were to return the items, downgrade to a soundbar compatible with the speakers, or purchase a more expensive soundbar. There is a soundbar that is the same price, but because I bought it on sale they refused to give it to me at the sale price. I believe the reason for the discount is that Best Buy was just trying to unload their stock of an item they Highly disappointed in Best Buy.

This sound bar is a piece of crap. You cannot mount it to the TV, only the wall. That is not clear in the advertisement. The remote did not come with a battery so I had to go buy one. Even with the battery installed, the remote does not work at all. So I have to turn the unit on the bar itself. The optical wire connection does not work at all. The blue tooth connection pauses the audio every once in a while for it to catch up. It sounds pretty good, but with most of this unit not working, it's very frustrating.

Not sure if its a problem with the TV or the sound bar, but cannot sync with the TV through Bluetooth. Also no auto volume control, each channel is much louder or quieter than the the others, also commercials on the same channel will be much louder or quieter. VERY annoying to constantly adjust the volume.

This sound bar sucks COMPLETELY!!! The sound bar is incredibly low and the sub woofer is exceptionally sub optimal!!! My tv’s internal sound is louder than this sound bar!! A total and complete WASTE of money, so don’t waste your time or money!!
