Love that when we reheat bread it doesn't get mushy anymore. Great microwave, looks sleek, roomy inside, and nice touchpad.

I would have gave it 5 stars if the grill covered the cooking area. So far every thing that I used the grill for I had to use the tall rack that came with it and had to rearrange the food so it cooks , toast or crisps what I'm cooking. This would have been great if the heating element was a complete element instead of part of one. The grill is a big part of why I picked this one so I'm disappointed. It looks vary nice the microwave and everything else works grate. I could have bought the one just like this one with out the grill and saved some money. P.S. I used a square pan instead of a round pan so the turntable was off lol I will try that next time.

I'm quite happy with the microwave it has a good amount of size it cooks well, the reheat option works well and it's easy to use.

This unit replaced an older unit that just gave out. Installation took 45 minutes and was very easy. The included template for drilling the support bolt holes made the install easy. Lots of features and asy to use.

No issues. The power grill is a little gimmicky and barely use it.

Love the black stainless steel, still learning all about the different features. Did not like the fact that no book came with it. You pay alot of money for something, and receive no instructions, Not happy about that, had to download it...Only 2 stars for ease of use.....If your old school, how can you download. Not everyone has access to one

I absolutely love my new microwave. It has numerous features but one of my favorites is the option to grill. I love the clean sleek look of black stainless steel and this is a very large microwave which is exactly what I wanted. I paid a little extra to have it installed professionally by Geek Squad / Best Buy and the install went smoothly, very much worth the small fee. I am delighted with my purchase.

This microwave is awesome. Really gives an elegant look to the kitchen. Can cook anything with all the options it give you.

This microwave was love at first sight and it has not disappointed. It can do just about anything an oven can do. I was completely sold while watching the demo video in the store and had to have it. This is not your average microwave, but definitely worth every additional dollar.

This microwave is bigger and better than the last one I had. It is excellent! I can't wait to try out the grill feature.

The space and turntable are large. Features are very good. Mostly intuitive to use. Grill heat unit is very slow compared to the Kenmore (probably infrared) heat source in the replaced unit. It is hard to believe that an expensive appliance comes with sparse instructions and "manual" on cheap "newspaper print" paper. My first impression was that I must have bought a cheap and poorly packaged knock off. However, Samsung sells this appliance without an adequate and serviceable manual. INCOMPREHENSIBLE! Also, I would have bought the microwave without grill function if I knew how deficient it is and how difficult it will be to clean.

Finally installed it yesterday and it's so pretty! Haven't tried the grill feature but I have high hopes.

I think I will like my new oven but the first time I tried to use the grill feature of the micorwave it did not work. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new one to be delivered. Why wouldn't you just send a tech out to look at it and see if it can be fixed????

I like this microwave and the black stainless looks great. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the buttons on front dont seem to want to push at times

too many pre programmed modes do not cook food adequately. touch control pressure on screen does not respond 100% on the first try.
