I’m giving my review a three stars, not because of the product itself, but because Best Buy screwed up two times. The first time they brought the wrong model. The installer was great. He left me with the wrong model and put in an order for the one I actually wanted. A week later the new one arrived, only again, it was the wrong model. At this point, since the price was the same. I just decided to stick with it and call it a day. Just for the heck of it I went back to the store to see the model that I selected and lo and behold, it has been removed from the showroom floor. I have no problems with the microwave. It was only the exterior style that was different. The one I ordered had an all glass front panel. The one I got had a stainless steel trim.

Great microwave. It looks really nice in the kitchen and has a large capacity. The controls are strait forward and the smart features are nice. Notification to your phone when cooking is complete, and no more having to set the clock manually!

I love this product. Easy to operate with sleek look. Very easy to clean and the shortcut to operate the microwave is awesome.

Decent microwave. Enjoy that it isnt white inside. Does keep fingerprints like crazy though. Doesnt really match the fridge it's packaged with either.

Microwave Bluetooth connectivity is great especially to know when food is ready and you’re in another room. Also appreciate the higher wattage light and 4 speed recirculating fan. Performance meets expectations and cooks evenly.

The Microwave Oven works good. Purchase and installation went smoothly and as expected.

Fan is kind of noisy . It would be better if controls were lit up so you could see them better .

Love this microwave, didn't have a replacement exactly like my other one. So we chose this one. Love the buttons across the bottom so much better than the side. Much bigger inside as well

This thing is huge! Incredibly good looking, very responsive buttons, rather intuitive interface.

This microwave has so many useful cooking options available from the door panel. It looks streamlined with other Samsung appliances in the kitchen and paired easily with a Samsung cell phone. I am very happy with this purchase.

Already has a dent and the choice to add the controls directly on the front to get to buff fingerprints out daily is fun. They do wipe clean easily but…. I haven’t tried the auto cycles like melting butter but that is appreciated and is listed on the door. Setting the am/pm was a challenge with no explicit directions in the supplied manual. Does look sleek.

Great microwave, love the features and still finding new ones! The connectivity to the app is more useful than originally anticipated, especially for heating up things like desserts when you want to heat up a cake or cookie without melting icing. So versatile! The presets on the microwave are great too. 10/10 and worth the splurge if smart appliances are your thing

This was easy to install and I was able to do it by myself. May not be the case for everyone. I really enjoy it and have been a fan of Samsung ever since we got the Bespoke fridge and are extremely happy with that as well.
