This Samsung microwave is really nice and so spacious and easy to use. The design is simple yet functional. Has so many nice options and functionalities a lot of which were not in my other microwave. This has a lot of space and can fit quiet big dishes and warms the food really well Sometimes a bit too well because i was used to my old one it would take a couple times to make it warm properly but this depending on what it is even a little bit makes it perfectly warm/hot. Love the color and design and is easy to install.

I love my new microwave. The touchscreen is nice and sensitive. There’s so much space inside. The sound in use is much quieter than my old one and the door opening and closing is easy with low sound. So pleasant! The vent is my FAVORITE thing about this OTR microwave. I really like to cook on high heat and the fan removes the smoke and steam so effectively that I rarely worry about setting off my fire alarm now! And it’s not nearly as loud as my old one! On a low fan setting, I can still hear the tv or keep a conversation. The install went easy enough. (My bf did it with little issues) and it fit on the bracket from my old microwave. I did connect it to SmartThings app but haven’t needed that. It was simple to turn the sounds off (my preference). The popcorn setting worked perfectly. I mostly use the +30 seconds button. Zero issues and my kitchen looks more updated!

Our microwave went out on thanksgiving so I got this microwave the next day for Black Friday. So far it is really slick looking and easy to clean. One draw back I have noticed is that you can’t use the microwave and the timer at the same time. My old kenmoore could but otherwise everything else is working great!

Everything is great about this microwave. A definite upgrade for us. The only issue was when we finalized the install and removed the protect plastic we had a ding in the stainless steel on the front door. See image. We don't know how this happened or when. Maybe is was marked as a floor unit.

I like the smooth look with the handle not being on the front. It is a little hard to pull open (seems like it is too tight) but I haven’t had a microwave with the door like this before.

This Samsung 2.1 cubic feet Microwave is a wonderful unit! The stainless steel finish is attractive and I like the pocket handle! The sensor cook function keeps me from over cooking my food items by automatically adjusting the cooking time! There are numerous cooking options which are conveniently displayed right inside the door! This Microwave can hold even my largest mixing bowl and is perfect for thawing and reheating my meals! The vent function is powerful and effective and I can select from medium to bright light! I am a longtime, loyal customer of the Samsung brand and I trust Best Buy to only offer high quality products!

Nice looking microwave. Easy to use. Techician Francesco and Jose took less than 20 minutes to uninstall old one and install new one. Very professional and informative. We are very happy with the installation and the operation of the microwave.

This microwave is amazing! It has a temperature setting that montiors the food temp and will stop heating when its completely hot! I love that there is no handle because sometimes people have issues with them getting replaced. The price for this microwave was unbelievable! We are in love with this and recommend it 100%!

We had to exchange to this new model was ours went out after almost 4 years. I guess I should be glad it happened before the warranty expired. Sadly this new model has way less features. It works as a microwave should but i miss our old one being a combo oven at the same time. If you are in the same situation as we were, definitely choose to have your old one fixed because it is a better product.

Looks and works amazing. Completely changed how our kitchen looks. I had the neighbors over and it was the first thing they noticed! Now they want me to help them install the same one in their kitchen! Totally recommended it!

this is a quality appliance that was easy to install & has alot of functions.

Sleek and easy to use right out of the box. Was installed in a matter of minutes-with accurate measurements fitting perfectly in the space provided. Did not take a higher degree to figure out how to use. Came with a manual. Very happy with this model!
