Really like the showcase door. Great for my kids and getting them in and out of the fridge quickly for drinks. Probably my favorite fridge yet.

I did know how much buying my Samsung fridge would really save me. The options of the ice and water is awesome. My Best Buy delivery was awesome the delivery technicians were great and helpful.

So very pleased with not only my purchase but the entire experience of working with the sales associate,Allen who walked me through my choices and arranged for a speedy delivery and haul away.

I really love the showcase door! It's easy to grab things that we use often without opening the entire door. Since this is the first time I've used this type of a feature it may take a few days to figure out completely what we use more frequently. The drawers are spacious and the lighting is good!! It's only 21.5 cubic feet so it's not a large refrigerator but with the extra deep door shelves it is a good use of space. We had a 22 cubic feet older refrigerator and I don't think the layout made it as spacious as this one.

Excellent Quality, love the counter depth design, and still has a lot of space. Runs quietly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!!

All areas of freezer and fridge are perfect temperatures. Extremely quiet. Plenty of room. Showcase door gives plenty of access.

The showcase door is just genius. Milk, eggs, jelly, bread, yogurt, and much more without opening the whole door.

I wanted a counter depth and this fits the bill. I love the showcase door. Little drawers in freezer are handy. Ice production is a bit wimpy but that is my only complaint

The showcase door feature is great. But as others have pointed out, the ice maker is the weak link. Not terrible, but I've seen better ice makers.

I bought this refrigerator for my condo that we downsized into in New Hampshire , and was so happy with it that when we needed to replace our old unit in Florida, we bought the same one.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. Love the fact that it sits flush with the counter. The showcase door is amazing.

This refrigerator is working well in the space we have meeting all our wishes for the storing of our food. It is very good looking and well designed. We especially like the water ice and ice cubes available in the door front and the showcase door to get a quick item without exposing all to the open environment. The space features inside the refrigerator make food items easy to obtain. We like the refrigerator very much, great find on sale.

Went with LG appliances first. BAD!!!!! Returned and went with Samsung and couldn't be happier! This refrigerator is more than I expected it to be. No issues or problems and the most user friendly features I have ever had. Love Samsung!

Fridge looks so wonderful in my kitchen. Under the cabinet and fits perfectly!! Greg and Max delivered and set up in no time, which I appreciated since I had to take off work. Fridge was cold and ready to restock in about 2 hours. While stocking noticed the things that usually get pushed to the back and lost (in old fridge), I could put in the drawers or shelves. Great to be able to organize and find quickly. I had plenty of room also.

This was my first fridge purchase ever and I made this selection without seeing it in person, and I am truly astonished by the features! I love this fridge and everything it has to offer. Definitely recommend!

The fridge is generally great. We purchased 3 weeks ago, so time will tell... The Thru-the-Door feature is a bit confusing for adults, but I like that the kids have access and do not open the whole fridge. :-)

EVERTHING ABOUT THIS REFRIGERATOR IS WHAT WE HAVE EXPECTED EXCEPT THE ICE MAKER.WE Have on more than one occasion experience loss of use due to the ice maker stopped making ice. we have called several times and with tech, help have been able to get the ice maker to produce ice. the first time though a service tech. had to come out to repair/replace parts. now I have gained enough experience to over come the hiccup and reset the ice maker on my own. frustrating but we hope that are new one will have had these bugs worked out.

Never had to buy counter depth before but this has plenty of space, quiet and sleek and showcase door is added touch we enjoy

We like this refrigerator and really love the black stainless finish! The only thing that would make this a 5 star product is if they would have made the shelving adjustable.

Only issue we discovered was that when refrigerator was pushed all the way into its space the inner French door would not open all the way without bumping into baseboard . Older refrigerator was counter depth but with a slide forward freezer door so it was not a problem. Had to modify baseboard to make new refrigerator work. As empty nesters this refrigerator is ideal for the space available. Very quiet with larger than normal ice maker a plus. Larger cold water and ice dispenser on door allows tall glasses to be filled. Noticed the cold water attachment is to a plastic line in the rear; would have preferred the metal guarded flexible line attach directly to refrigerator; concerned about springing a leak in the plastic line while away and causing hardwood floor damage. Still we are very satisfied with this product.
