Great value and size. The freezer on the bottom is wonderful.

This refrigerator leaked from the 1st day they sent it to me. I called samsung many times and they sent someone to fix it but was not successful. After 3 months I still have a leaking refrigerator. Currently waiting for my claim so Samsung or Bestbuy will send me a new working refrigerator. From, Disappointed customer

We purchased this item at your Duarte location as an open box item. The item listed minimal scratches which we were okay with. When bringing the product home and unpackaging fully we discovered it was more then minor scratches. There was food in the fridge as well as mold in the freezer from condensation. I’ve been a loyal customer with Best Buy and this experIence has made me second guess making any further big purchases from your stores. I would think quality is of upmost importance and that even an open box item would’ve been throughly cleaned.

Best buy gave me 10% off because of the stretches but it still an annoyance. I thought we could be more compensated bc it’s a thousand dollars item.

Love the refrigerator , but unfortunately it has flashes on the side, paid too much for something to have gashes

This is the loudest refrigerator I have ever had. My old one was 29 years old and ran much quieter. I tried to return it to Best Buy but I had purchased it more than 14 days ago so I’m stuck with it. I am. NOT HAPPY! I spent 1500 plus for a refrigerator that sounds like a tractor at times. Can anyone suggest a solution? I’m thinking of selling it at a loss just so I can have some quiet and peace of mind.I spoke to a few friends who also have Samsung refrigerators and they also said that theirs is quite loud. SMH...

Horrible design flaw. The crisper shelf has no middle support the drawers hanger on a plastic middle rail. Needless to say it cracked in three places and now the drawers are sitting on the cheese and coldcut compartment. Samung sent a company out and they said not samsungs fault. As you can see drawers hang on unsupported middle arm

The first thing you cannot help but notice is how beautiful and shiny this refrigerator is! I could hardly contain my excitement as it was being delivered. When I first open the French doors I found myself to be a little surprised, it looked small to me. I quickly changed my mind as we were putting items in the refrigerator, there is so much room! I love the movable drawer that is great for lunch meat, bacon or cheese. One thing I did notice is the compartments on the side were a little small. I have a large family and apparently we really like many different condiments! I did make it work though! I love the big compartments on the side that hold milk, juice and large coffee creamer bottles. I am very thankful for the door alarm. There has been more than one occasion that a door has been left open by accident but the alarm went off a few seconds later to alert us. Wonderful idea!!! The freezer..... I love the pull out drawer!! We have chosen not to hook up the ice machine and just utilize the whole drawer. There is so much room and again, looks can be deceiving, there is quite a bit of room not only in the drawer but in the freezer compartment as well. When the refrigerator is first plugged in and getting to temperature, it does sound a little loud. I haven't not had an issue with the sound after the initial plug in and getting to temp. It is sleek, shiny and sexy! I have gotten many compliments on this refrigerator. I love having it in my kitchen and having it as the focal point. Beautiful!!! I needed a refrigerator that fit within a certain height restriction, and there aren't too many french door stainless options at a slightly shorter than standard height. This is one of them. I do appreciate the ability to open either door independently, although they do need to be pushed shut rather deliberately. The refrigerator is noisier than average, in my experience. While not constant, the humming/revving of the compressor can at times be irritating. One additional inconvenience is that condensation will form on the inside of doors when using the Energy Saver mode. Samsung is well aware of this, placing numerous warnings on the manuals and on the refrigerator itself about condensation and/or frost forming. Based on this and reviews read, I would imagine the Energy Saver mode can be used in about 2% of homes based on temperature, humidity, etc. I'm now running the refrigerator with Energy Saver mode off with no condensation problems. Overall, I've been satisfied with the refrigerator, but I'm sure there are better appliances for the price if you don't have any size restrictions.

I needed a short refrigerator with a bottom freezer. There are not a lot of choices under 66 inch height, but this one offered french doors and larger capacity then any others. I was happily surprised with how much more I can get into the fridge in comparison to my last one. The cost was the same or cheaper than other single door+bottom freezer models too. The fridge is quiet and seems to be cooling efficiently. It is too soon to tell what the energy costs will be or if the unit will perform well over the long haul, but I have high hopes.

I have been using it for a month now with no issues. I am not as picky as others though. Sure it smudges but I just dont care. The motors been quiet, and the ice machine is working great. Makes plenty of Ice. Plenty of space in both sections, and is perfect in the space it's in. The delivery guys were also very nice. I was pestering the guy the whole time with questions about the install, and he didn't mind at all. I will try to update in the future, as I appreciate reviews that revisit products over time, but so far so good.

We lucked out with this refrigerator! We were very limited in choices due to the space available (we have cabinetry on 3 sides), but this fridge is perfect. Love the layout with the french doors on top and the freezer on bottom. Well organized and spacious for such a small footprint. Works perfectly, and is so quiet (our old fridge was extremely noisy, and would even tick!) Our only complaint is that the meat bin is very shallow, and really requires some dividers or something. We bought some shallow containers and it solved the issue. Another Samsung winner!

This is the first French door refrigerator we’ve owned coupled with a drawer freezer so we are still getting used to the layout. Missing storage for small jars and bottles. The other reviews noted the noisy freezer and we hear it as well. We are not enamored with the condensation that appears on the inside edges of the French doors and will be following up with the Geek Squad.

First of all, this fridge is great for apartment living or anywhere with a smaller fridge area. The depth of the fridge really gives you the space that you need to store anything you can think of. The long drawer on the bottom is also great for smaller, thin, items such as tortillas, pita and whatnot. It also keeps everything very cool and the freezer compartments allow for various configurations. On to the quirks. This fridge is a bit loud. Every once in a while the compressor or whatever it is inside the fridge makes a low humming drone that is always audible. Even in other rooms. It becomes white noise after a day or so, but it's worth noting. Also there is a door ajar function that beeps when the doors are open for too long. Super annoying when putting groceries away.

I was researching all my option finding a fridge that would fit in my designated space, no wider than 32", no higher than 67", and I was eager to get a French door and bottom freezer fridge. Almost impossible? Yes, when you check all the other retailers, unless you are willing to pay a fortune. Like always I ended up at BestBuy, talked to my favorite sales man, he looked immediately knew this model would have the measurements. At that time he recommended to wait until Labor Day week, when appliances usually go on sale, and it went on sales and I got it for $1,259, free delivery, free haul away of my 26 years old top freezer. This fridge is amazing, no noise at all, shelving is nice and convenient, like the LED light, love the door alarm. Love the ice maker, although I did not install it, since I had major water damage after an ice maker leak before, and I am going with the old fashioned trays. I am not using that much ice anyways. If you always had a top freezer, it takes a little time to get used to a bottom freezer, but there is more than enough space for a single person. and in the fridge I love the pantry drawer. It has an option to turn the energy saving feature off, according to the manual turning it on might cause water buildup inside, well, compared to my old fridge, this is saving energy even with the feature turned off, I am certain. And since it is declared as an energy saving appliance I even get a $ 25 rebate from First Energy, which will be applied to one of my next electric bills.

This fridge has the same footprint as our old side-by-side, but holds so much more in the cooling compartment, and especially in the freezer. Everything is visible at a glance and easily accessible without having to shift a bunch of items. The black stainless steel finish is attractive, not obtrusive like regular stainless steel, and no problem at all with fingerprints.

I have suffered with small, cheap fridges since moving to this house 32 years ago. Short of ripping out the cabinetry, there was no way to have a nice, standard size fridge with the opening we had. I was thrilled to find this one, which adds extra space by extending a few more inches into the room, and also has the updated French door and freezer drawer configuration I wanted. Since I was buying it to keep food cold/frozen, I didn't want to pay a lot for water/ice dispensers, computerization, and other miscellaneous bells and whistles, so I was happy to find a stylish, larger fridge at a reasonable price. I've had two "dog" fridges in the past, one that would randomly stop cooling and spoil the food, and one that constantly leaked water inside the fridge, so there was always a liquid layer of slime in and under the drawers. I read a few reviews by folks who said this model didn't cool, so I was a little leery, but after almost a month, I am thrilled with mine. The refrigerator and freezer sections both cooled down quickly so I was able to refill after only a couple of hours. The shelves and drawers are easy to remove to clean, and I repositioned a couple of shelves to allow for bottled drinks to stand on the bottom shelf. This still gave me plenty of room for shorter containers on the top two shelves. The door bins are deep enough for the standard square-footprint plastic gallon jug of milk or water (I didn't actually see that question or answer in the previous reviews). They are just a bit smaller than in my old fridge, as the sides taper down from the back. I can no longer get a gallon of milk, a bottle of wine, and a coffee creamer in one door bin. With the fridge being deeper, there is more space in the drawers and on shelves, but it's easy to see what's there with everything in the fridge at eye level. I love the freezer drawer concept; makes much more sense than piling up food on shelves in my previous top freezer compartment. There is one flaw with the ice bin, or maybe something I haven't figured out? The back of the bin has a cutout so that it can slide out past the ice maker when the top freezer drawer is pulled out. However if the bin fills, sometimes an ice cube or two is pushed off the top by the ice maker when the drawer is pulled out, and falls under the fridge. There is no way to get at it other than fishing under the fridge with a yardstick or pulling the whole thing out from the wall. My floor is tile so no biggie, but this would be a pain for someone with a hardwood floor. Also a word about installing the ice maker. Our previous connection was with flexible plastic tubing. The connection kit that pops up when you order this fridge doesn't work with this type of connection. I ordered the kit and now have to return it. The existing tubing was easy to connect to the new fridge. The black stainless finish looks great with my black glass front stove and dishwasher but is reflective enough to not be a massive black facade dominating the kitchen. The delivery guys warned me it is fragile, and said to clean it by wiping horizontally with a microfiber cloth dampened with mild soapy water. No harsh spray cleaners or scrubbers; they will damage the finish. I also displayed lots of kid artwork on my old fridge with magnets, and that's a no-no (which is actually good; it got pretty junky). The sides are black enamel-type finish, so I put tape over the magnet on my shopping list pad on one side, and purchased a plastic-coated magnetic towel rack for the other side, and they have worked out great with no scratching. All in all, I am very happy with this fridge, and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you are limited with a small space in your kitchen.

I've only had the refrigerator for 3 weeks so can only tell what I like about its functionality not it's durability. We have a small space but the depth of this fridge gives me a lot more room than my previous fridge. Well lit, plenty of drawer space and on the door space. Ice maker does its job,freezer is roomy. It looks real sharp too!

This is to replace my 20 year old refrigerator in a condo. Because of my kitchen size, it is hard to find a French door, 20+ cubic feet, height lower than 66" and width less than 30". All refrig on markets are either bloated size or old two door style. I am so glad Samsung making all that even into my price range. This sleek refrigerator makes my kitchen instantly appear modern. Now I hope Samsung quality can last as long as my old one. In addition, I am satisfied with BestBuy price match. I missed a sale on this model by one day so I had to buy it is full retail. Then two weeks later the sales returned after my purchase. I talked to BestBuy about this, who refunded the sales price difference immediately. I will return to buy BestBuy without worry about losing best price.

I actually love my fridge! After replacing a 20yr old fridge, I was happy to have it. The only drawbacks, I miss having a dairy compartment on the door for butter, the shelfs are too deep for the butter dish. My old fridge's freezer was a top compartment ,so I was unsure about the bottom drawer design, but the freezer holds more than it looks! The only draw back is the food being exposed every time someone goes in for ice. I wish the bottom basket stayed inside, while the top shelf slides out. Or perhaps just the ice bin sliding out separate. Perhaps another layer of protection (like a cover over the bottom) to keep the food from frost exposure. Yes, the top drawer covers it ,but it doesn't seem quite enough. The only safe spot for the frozen pizzas to lay flat is on the top shelf with the ice bin. Again a potential frost problem. If they had a way for just the ice bin to slide out separate that would be awesome. ( can you tell I have teenagers using the fridge). If you do not use a lot of ice it shouldn't be an issue. However, overall I do love the fridge. I love the look of the stainless steel ,but I would probably pick the standard black or white in the future as the special cleaning of it is a bit problematic. I prefer just wiping it clean with soapy water or spray cleaner as needed instead of the smelly special stainless cleaner needed. But I must say it does look Great! It was a great value & a vast improvement over my old fridge. I just hope it lasts as long!
