Nice, sleek and functional fridge. I was forced to get "counter depth" which limits how much food you can keep in the top portion. But the flex zone section makes up for it.

Looks incredible, an keeps my food fresh a lot longer than my previous fridge.. The flex door is such a functional feature as well as the double or single freezer option

After searching many months, I found this Samsung and it really exceeded my expectations. Very quiet and looks amazing. Would highly recommend.

Ice maker continuously freezes. I believe there might be a class action lawsuit on this; beware! I will see if they will make me call 3x to get it fix through protection plan and hopefully on the 4th they will just replace the fridge; will see.

Attractive, modern, practical, efficient, quiet, water cold, ice maker works well, cools quickly and maintains constant temperature. Very pleased.

Good but not great fridge. Nice features for the split fridge but the ice cube maker took about a week to start working correctly and is slow to dispense ice now that is does work. Crushed ice takes forever to dispense. The water/ice area scratches very easily. Scratched it on first use from our water pitcher.

Good looking but not really well design as far as the compartments go. There are a lot of small spaces that cant be used on the door. The ice machine broken when I got it so hopefully it will last after Geek Squad come and fix it.

I had to make return and exchange because of the loud noises. They say it could be the manufacture defect of its compressor so I didnt want to keep that for futher problem other than that I like the design and door in door makes easier to reach out the drinks or other things I would take out often.

love the fridge and the flexibility of changing from fridge to freezer. The ice capacity could be a little larger but we keep a little extra in the freezer

Great lighting inside. Best feature is the bottom right area can be a freezer area or it can be a refrigerator area at the touch of a button. Convenience of the French Door is fast and saves energy. Important info is always available on the left top door plus it will beep if any door is left open. The features of the inside selves allows many different sized items can fit with no problems. Great Refrigerator!

For the size there is not a ton of room poorly designed inside

We like our new fridge. Great long term option. But the six SF difference from the regular size is really a difference maker. Also, we couldn't push it all the way back to cabinet depth due to how the door opens. We love the compartment that can either be a freezer or fridge.

I love the clean lines of this refrigerator. The flex zone has come in handy. We use it for wine and drink cooler.

I'm really happy with my choice. Love the flex zone, it's very convenient. The show case model has the metal finishes inside that are really nice.

It's a great looking refrigerator with just right cold temperatures. I love the color and the style. But the trays are not quite wide enough for a jar of pickles or mayonnaise and there's no place for soda or juice bottles. I wouldn't buy another one unless a few changes are made.

I like the layout of the interior, however, I would have liked less polished chrome(?) on the areas where you grasp to open the doors. As a result, I have to continually "polish" the smudges. It is a very handsome refrigerator and adds to the overall design of the remodeled kitchen

Once we started to actually use the refrigerator, we realized that it has design flaws. The ice/water lever is super confusing and people who are trying to get ice, end up pressing for water. The icemaker sucks and makes too little quantity, also its hard to pull out the bucket if you want to grab all of the ice at once to dump in a cooler for example. Because the freezer is divided in two, you cannot store large items like a store bought bag of ice, or a rack of ribs.

Great Refrigerator. Lots of space even though we got the counter deep model. I like the 4th door compartment option for Refrigerator /or Freezer.

This counter depth fridge is great! Still has plenty of room on the inside. Most of which is easily accessed.

Found this fridge as an open-box product. I think it was a display item. Paid half price for a high-end product and it feels like a high-end refrigerator. The movers said its the heaviest fridge they have ever moved. No complaints yet.
