Delivery was on time and installation was great. Love the fridge

Both doors of my refrigerator stained while under warranty, but Samsung will not replace them as they say this is a cosmetic defect and not covered under warranty. I Googled this problem and found out that many other Samsung purchasers had the same problem and Samsung will not fix them. My cleaning lady has used only Weiman stainless steel cleaner and polish to clean the refrigerator.

So far so good! For being designed for a smaller space, this refrigerator offers a great amount of space. It's quiet and the ice maker and water system work great. No complaints here.

We have been having problems with Samsung refrigerators. Most of our problems have been with ice dispensers and cooling. Samsung provided a partial refund on the last unit that we had to trash. Our current Samsung already has an ice dispenser problem. We are afraid to call for repair because that started the cooling problem on the replaced unit. Hoping for better results.

I really love my new purchased appliances. But there is one thing I would change. It wasn't until later I've learned Best Buy, Metairie Louisiana, carries. Viking Appliances. I would have most definitely purchased all three. Up grade Westbank Best Buy. If not with the appliances, with Advertisement, Please!

This is a basic side-by-side refrigerator with slight upgrade. Nothing too advanced. Fit my kitchen well.

Perfect size counter depth refrigerator, with all the features. The lighting is great and has spacious compartments that can be arranged to fit different food items.

Looks good although the stainless steel shows handprints easily. Consider another finish. I like the can rack and wine rack. I wish the drawers pulled out a little further. Like it overall, now let's see how long it lasts.

This reduced depth refrigerator is just right for us. We are a retired couple. Also it fits our kitchen better by aligning better with the cabinetry and allowing more space to enter the kitchen area. It operates quietly. Occasionally hear an ice cube clunk but not a bother. We like the easy removal and dumping of ice cubes into a cooler. Over all very pleased.

I Ike all the storage in the door with adjustable units. The layout it's nice and it looks nice on outside. The retractable shelf is awkward but probably just takes getting used to. I love my new fridge. First time stainless purchase. Cleaning seems to be no big deal

Samsung has designed a sleek and modern white refrigerator. Shelves are proportioned well and easily moveable. Racks can be used for wine bottles or water bottles. Door shelves are convenient for 1/2 gallon or full gallon sizes. Quiet running.

Space has always been a big concern in my kitchen with 3 kids. This counter depth refrigerator gives more room without sacrificing storage.

I've returned to a side-by-side with a 10 year Condensor warranty. My previous refrigerator was a GE French Door and only had a 1 year warranty. Thank you Samsung! Thank you Best Buy for helping me every step of the way! You guys rock!
