For its dimensions, is a good buy. Looked at others in same size. Could have spent a lot more. So far (weeks?) works well enough. Loud ice maker. Interior shelving is more functional than previous fridge. Exterior door plastic handles look and feel cheap, but are functional.

My husband and I visited Best Buy on our way home from shopping for a new fridge. We were very surprised to find this fridge as an open box item. The sales rep was very patient with us and answered all our use questions. She was Very helpful. This fridge is great looking, quiet and has a lot of features. Thanks Samsung and Best Buy. This was definitely a GREAT buy for us.

Nice fridge. Wife doesn't like the fingerprints that appear. Water filling ice is louder than my older fridge, but it fills fast. Overall it is very quiet. Found this to be the most cubic ft of space with the shallowest depth. The wifi info phone app is not that useful. Just tells you the temps, monthly/yearly power usage, and to make ice quicker.

Bought counter depth for the additional space, and fits perfectly into our smaller sized kitchen

Dispatch neglected to inform the set-up crew that the unit was in "Demo" mode so they did not know to re-set the unit. it took me two days and two calls to Samsung Support to get the unit operating correctly. i am not happy about that!!!

The ice maker is loud when the water is injected. Too loud. Ok, now with that out of the way, I really like this fridge. It holds a lot , is really well-lit inside, has a good water filter and great storage options. I would buy it again.

I like the lighting in the fridge and the tip out shelves. I was worried about whether the ice maker would make enough ice, but that has not been an issue. One thing I do not like is the finish. It shows everything, and I have not found a product that will clean it without leaving streaks.

Delivery was fine, fridge and freezer work well and its easy to see everything, after a few hours the vibrations of the compressor became loud enough to be annoying.. Adding some padding has made it acceptable. Otherwise it seems like a good machine but it should have been fine from the very start.

We've had our Samsung counter depth frig about a month now and we are quite pleased with it so far. It is very sleek looking and the led lights inside are a nice feature. Even with the smaller dimensions, it is very roomy inside, especially the freezer, as the ice maker is on the door, and not taking up shelf space as on most other model refrigerators. It is very quiet running. The ice (cubed or crushed) and water on the door feature is great. I also love the wine rack. The drawers don't open out all the way (probably my only gripe), but this is not a big issue for me and I can live with it. We had an issue with the water line leaking after installation and had to turn the ice maker off until resolved. Best Buy was very accommodating in getting someone out quickly to fix this. The price was very good, Best Buy offered quite a few discounts when we made the purchase.

Love the counter top depth - fits perfect in the space we have for the frig. Only negative is the ice comes out quite a bit of crushed even if you have it on cubed. But that's minor! Love the LED lighting and it cooled down very quickly once it was installed

My wife insisted on the fridge not sticking out past the counters, so we ended up getting this fridge. the full size fridge is cheaper, but to get a nice clean look you cant beat this fridge. specially if capacity is a concern, this fridge has enough tricks inside to not make it feel like a smaller fridge. My only gripe is the button to dispense water and ice should be bigger or be a lever instead of a button, but thats a small gripe.

delivery team did not level fridge, older customer and cnnot do it on my own. may need to pay someone for this service which should be included in delivery. this reflects on Best Buy and not fridge manufacturer (Samsung)

This really is a nice fridge at a reasonable price for counter depth (which by nature are way too overpriced). Ice and water are great, very attractive inside and out, but when the fridge is actually running there's a little high pitched noise that is louder than i feel it should be. not many other options though for a counter depth at this price

The fridge is a good buy. it is quiet and functional. It is large and the lights are great. Can't think of anything wrong with it

What I like is that it is well lit up inside. Also the water & ice dispenser works well too. I needed counter depth, but didn't think it would suck up so much size inside the fridge. Would like a taller height to shelves in the refrigerator side. Looks good!

Overall we are pretty happy with the fridge. I read some complaints about the drawers not opening for much to fit it a had of lettuce in. It did get stopped short when you open, but because the drawers come out completely to be cleaned, I didn't find that was a big problem.

this fridge is great, it runs well, has good lighting and looks sleek and modern. the only downside is that the fridge is super noisy, it feels like it is always running and making noise. the water dispenser also will drop some water on the water tray when you're done getting water so the water tray winds up having tons of water spots.

We have had this fridge for about a month now, but so far, so good. I love the way it looks in our kitchen, sleek & pretty. The counter depth adds so much space, love it. The fridge seems to be working very well. It is very quiet and since we have a common wall between that & our bedroom, it makes a huge difference! Our old fridge was very loud. It has space for everything and very happy with our purchase.

Very pleased with this purchase. More than adequate space and efficiently organized. Especially like the ice maker as it takes up less space than my old one did. The LED lighting is lovely
