The Samsung refrigerator totally met our expectations. It is exceptionally quiet has plenty of storage for a counter depth model, displays digital freezer and refrigerator temperatures. I am very satisfied with this model

I looked at so many appliances but ended up having to look for a counter-width refrigerator because of space restrictions. This one is smaller than the one I replaced BUT is larger on the inside of the fridge and the freezer. Love having 2 large drawers in the freezer and the ice maker in the door which frees up room in the freezer. pRoduce drawers in fridge are nice and deep. Both side have lots of lights so the insides are nice and bright. The temps got to "0" and "37" within an hour and have held steady for the three weeks I have had this. I would recommend this refrigerator with no hesitation. Some reviews mentioned how noisy it is. I don't know what they are talking about. The only time I hear a noise is when ice falls into the bin. When it fills up with water, it is very quiet. It did run a bit louder when first plugged in, but once the temps were right, the noise stopped. I love this product and it is my Best Buy in appliances so far.

The frig is really big and I like the counter depth but it's loud. Several times a night we can hear the ice maker and water running through the line, Other than that, it's a good frig.

The drawers could open further, rear leg leveler's would be nice, and I could do without the couple of ripples in the stainless steal across the top of the door.s, (manufacturer), but we love our refrigerator! I saw the ripples in the store, so they were not a surprise when it was delivered. The money I saved on the returned, interior still unpacked, refrigerator makes them almost unnoticeable, and in my new kitchen, I am sure that I will be the only one who ever sees them.

I've had my samsung french door counter depth refrigerator for about a month now. Other than it coming in with a cracked kickplate which I just had replaced, I really like the frig. The wine rack is useful. I like the LED lighting. And the multiple shelves and drawers really make it easy to organize and see what I have in there. The electronic panel on the door is easy to use and understand (so far). Thanks!

I love my fridge, it has great storage solutions and compartments. We are a family of 4 and this would be a little tight if we didn't have a second fridge for our pop and water. Overall I am very pleased with this though.

This refrig is high quality. We purchased this for our basement bar area. It looks very nice, keeps frozen items frozen and refrigerator items cold at temp selected. Good room for counter top depth. Runs quietly .

Wanted side by side counter depth refrigerator. This one fits the bill perfectly. It has great layout. All functions easy to control form the outside. Easy to replace water filter. Unit is amazingly quiet. Only downside is the stainless steel. If you have kids I would not recommend.

This fridge holds temp great. Plenty of space and drawers for me to separate all my food. Fridge is pretty quiet and the look is sleek. Happy with my purchase.

Decided to go with this side by side unit because we needed a counter depth fridge with a dispenser as our new footprint in the kitchen didn't allow us to keep our trusty old water cooler which delivered better tasting water. Water and ice cubes still taste like plastic even after almost a month of running water through the filter. Used copper hose and didn't make any difference. Dispenser drips even after running tons of water through the dispenser to release pressure as instructed. Needless to say I'm not a fan of the water and ice dispenser and the reason I never even considered purchasing a fridge with a dispenser. Space is okay if you are creative and can make it all fit. Lighting is great. Keeps everything nice and cold. Wanted to love it but I can't say that I do.

This is a simple side by side style refrigerator that is sure to please those looking for a good quality piece. There are others similar to this one and cheaper but after throughout research, my wife and I found this one to be the best in class for the following reasons: 10 year compressor warranty Good quality of finishes inside and out. Nice over sized water dispenser space and simple controls. Nice digital display and inside LED lighting. Good ice maker in door very easy to access for cleaning. Counter depth is very nice as long as you can afford a smaller capacity. We are empty nesters and did not need a large capacity piece. Quite operation except when refilling ice tray with water I certainly recommend it for the above reasons. Time will tell on longevity, my previous Samsung french style refrig. lasted 12 years, I guess a good thing by today's standards.

The frig chills to perfection. It seems to have less storage space, but I just have to rearrange some things, and it will work, Much quieter than the old clunker I had and I love the ice/water dispenser in the door.

I wanted a refrigerator that didn't stick out as far because of the narrow space between refrig and counter. Keep in mind the height. This was much taller than my previous unit so some modifying of the cabinets above was required. Love the space and the ability to move the shelving and door racks around.

After reading many reviews on many refrigerators I purchased this one. I am very happy with how much space it has for a counter depth. Unlike some of the reviews have said I find it to be very quiet .I couldn't be happier with my purchase. By the way it took me a month to decide which make and model.

Overall an excellent counter depth fridge. Sleek, gorgeous and perfect size for the space. Very roomy inside, a lot of very well thought out space saving shelves inside. Only negative is the ice machine is a little hard to access and has twice gotten totally frozen solid with ice. Any easy fix, but an irritant.

Very happy I went with a counter depth! Love it! It is smaller though, but I'm ok with the size!

We bought this off the floor due to very miniscule little imperfections, so we got a great price. So far we have been pleased, there are ample nooks and areas to place things; we just have to adjust to never having a side by side fridge, so you cannot store large trays of items very easily, that would be the only drawback we have found so far. Otherwise always very happy with Samsung products.

I needed a counter depth refrigerator and it had to be white for my kitchen. I was not able to see the product in person, so I was taking a chance on ordering it. The sides are textured and the front is a smooth white. Wasn't sure if I liked it, but it does not show any finger prints or smudges. It was awful noisy for me, compared to my old one, that I finally called and had a technician to come and take a look at it. He said the noise is normal because its a twin cooling refrigerator. For a energy saving product, it seems to run a lot. Overall, its ok and looks good, but still getting use to the humming noise.
