We love our new refrigerator in Black Stainless. It is a dark gray color and rarely shows fingerprints. The showcase door we use for bverages and condiments, very handy. The large drawer for cheeses and coldcuts is fantastic. Very quiet refrigerator. Very pleased.

After reading reviews of several refrigerators from Samsung, LG and Bosch, and looking at GE as well as Liebherr and Miele, dialed in on this 4 door Samsung with Metal Cooling. Fits well in the kitchen, not too shiny, not too far forward from counter-depth, and with the 4th drawer, avoids the Deli drawer from freezing as we had in a previous Samsung model. We did have some condensation appearing on jars and although we thought the showcase door was not closing well enough, or perhaps the icemaker didn't close properly, turned out that it was just set a little too cold. We changed the temperature from 36 to 38 and the freezer from 0 to 2, and it's perfect.

I love this refrigerator. Yes, it was a little pricey and yes, I was concerned about it maybe being a little bit too small because it is counter depth and yes I was worried that maybe I wouldn't like having my freezer on the bottom. Well, this was a triple play winner for me! I love this refrigerator! I love the door in door. I thought I would never use it and I still get a little thrill from taking my cream out for my coffee from the Show Door! I absolutely adore the freezer on the bottom. The counter depth is so easy to keep organized and the lighting, well, I am all about lighting! In short, I would buy it again, in a minute. I highly recommend this refrigerator and thank my sweet salesperson, Donna at the Town Center Best Buy in Jacksonville for encouraging me to acquire this one.

Ordered it on Black Friday so got a good deal. The Geek Squad delivered and installed the fridge yesterday. Very efficient and pleasant installers. This replaced our 30 year old fridge and while it is much nicer in many respects I can only hope it lasts half as long. Like the flex drawer and door in door feature.

I wanted to get a fridge that was as flush as possible with my counters. Extremely happy I chose this one. Its sleek, love having a flex drawer and being able to open the showcase door when I know I only need a drink. Only downside is the lack of space for condiments. Use to be able to store condiments like Salad dressings and bigger ketchup bottles and such in the door but not so much in this one. Either way, we just buy smaller bottles now to compromise.

Favorite...Middle drawer! And the option of opening whole Refridge or just the outer door to retrieve milk or juice. I also like that the water dispenser delivers really cold water. Dislikes....the ice dispenser sucks. Takes a long time to come out...and to fill a glass. Not happy with that as compared to my GE Refridge . Also, To my surprise...the frozen storage does not seem to hold as much as my old side by side. And I find that bending over the bottom drawer is fatiguing but maybe I'll be strength in my back in process! I would rate it a 3.8 at this time. and I would also probably recommend it...after listing both pro and cons . NO one told me it would take so long to get the ice!

With its slim profile, energy efficiency, and customizable layout, this was the perfect fridge for our household. The showcase door is more than just a cool feature, and I've found I can use it more and more. The flex french drawer is currently our dedicated space for meal planning, and makes life simple when it's time to make dinner. We've also arranged it for snacks and cold drinks when entertaining, and it's another great feature. I'd love to have more freezer space, but this model makes great use of the space it does have and when you're going counter depth you'd be hard pressed to find better appointed and better performing solutions for your fridge and freezer.

Mainly chose this refrigerator for size, appearance, features and availability in that order. Price was not a huge concern. It needed to fit, I liked the snack drawer option and lower freezer drawer. Initially it was love at first site - delivery experience perfect. Feeling really proud of my decision. But holey moley is it noisy! The first two - three months - pop pop pop noises throughout the day. Especially noticeable in middle of night. I think it’s condenser or water tubes? It seems to be less now. Or maybe I’m just used to it. Been too busy to call company ( have had it for 5 months) and the online reviews also mentioning this issue were not encouraging. For size ( counter depth makes such a difference) and fun features it’s great - temperature perfect in fridge and freezer. But suggest you check out other reviews re noise and be prepared to call company if it’s an issue for you. Also, this is perfect for small family (3-4), but a large family that shops and cooks big - maybe not so much.

Love the "door in door" feature. Also love the small drawer for kids snacks. Even when the ice maker is on "cube" instead of "crush" it still tends to crush them somewhat. Our old ice maker was internal and made a LOT of ice. It was great for stocking up for boating and tailgating. This one only keeps enough for an occasional glass. Takes up less space that way, but I do miss the large quantities of ice our old one made. Something to keep in mind.

Absolutely love it! The controls are easy to use! The black stainless looks great and the easy access door is awesome! Love the flex drawer and all of the flexibility with the shelves and drawers! The only negative is we tend to grab the half door trigger when opening the right side but that is more us not thinking before grabbing the handle. The seals are great and when we lost power for an entire day, everything stayed cold or frozen.

The counter depth is smaller than we thought it was going to be. Wish they had one on display but, still love the features. It is louder than we expected as well. Otherwise, works great and keeps everything fresh. Love the LED lighting, metal cooling, and separate deli drawer. Decided to get this one so that we didn't have to open both doors to get to meats and cheeses tray. The showcase is fun and I really enjoy it for getting to the milk, mayo, mustard or salad dressing easily.

So far works fine but less usable interior room (22.4cu.ft.) than my old 20 cu. ft. regular door. Water/ice in door leaves no door shelf room on that side. Unless shelves are removed and stored away nothing but celery will fit on shelves. The best thing about french doors is appearance. If i had to do it again I'd purchase a higher end single door.

After much research I chose this refrigerator and I am very pleased so far. I’ve only had it for 4 weeks. I love the black stainless look. The inside is very spacious for a counter depth model. The middle drawer is great to keep cold drinks. The showcase door side keeps the milk very cold and accessible. The only thing I miss is an area to keep eggs.

All the features are great on this fridge; however, it makes so many different motor noises, some so loud that because we have a 1st floor master it will wake us up at night. The ice maker also makes a lot of noise so do not make ice in the overnight hours, and at capacity only makes 1 quart of ice.

I'm really pleased overall with this refrigerator. Since it is "counter depth", I did sacrifice some space over my previous fridge, but it looks better in my kitchen, especially with the black stainless steel. So far, no problems and while other reviews have complained about the ice output, mine makes plenty of ice. My first Samsung appliance and definitely not my last.

Glad we choose counter depth. Better to not lose items in the clutter of refrigerator and 4 door a bigger bonus. Ice machine is wonderful

Very even cooling and I really like the 4 doors. The black stainless helps eliminate the smudges seen on the stainless ones.
