I bought this after having a prior model I didn’t like. Said I’d never buy Samsung again but really like this. It has a water picture on the inside which automatically fills. The extra drawer I can put pies, pizzas, and meat I’m going to cook within a week. Keeps in cold enough not to spoil. So far the black stainless has been easy to keep Clean. The showcase door is wonderful for creamers and daily use items. You just open the door without having to open the entire refrigerator.

Purchased on Memorial Day Weekend and so far very satisfied I love the in Door water pitcher. What is really neat is having it connect with the Samsung SmartThings app I can adjust the temperature from my smartphone. I like when it tells me if the door is not completely closed. Samsung is a good product we have the smart tv’s dishwasher and gas stove. Haven’t had any issues so far . They also have great customer service I have contacted them for help on tv settings. Love the counter depth and the new Tucson Color is stunning, it really goes well with our new paint colors in our open concept home. The lighting and Flex zone are incredible. So very easy to access the space is so user friendly. The space in the doors are so spacious and easy to organize so many different sizes of grocery products. Also It is very quiet.

So I bought this whole setup sight unseen from Bestbuy.com online. No one in our town were even carrying the new Tuscan lineup so we weren't sure how the color would look, and we were nervous to get them...however we couldn't be more happy!! The color is pretty awesome!! Although they are not as brown as pictured. The delivery guys thought they were just the black stainless steel, but in different lights the browns or rose gold colors come out more. They look pretty awesome in our kitchen, and as far as performance they are top notch. They replaced our old Samsung appliances...which I'll be honest I said I'd never get Samsung appliances again, but when I seen this new color I thought it would look super elegant...and they do. The fridge is pretty cool. I really like the water pitcher on the inside...I usually throw some lemons in there for some lemon water. And I also like the middle drawer...which has kind of become the kids drawer for all their snack packs, string cheese, and stuff like that. These appliances looked so good I had to take pics and share them on social media. Very happy with my purchase...and the price from Bestbuy was better than anyone else and they installed them and put my old setup in my garage to put at my daughters home...everyone's happy!! Trust me I don't usually leave reviews about appliances...lol. Oh and we've been thru a few different Samsung dishwashers this one is ultra quiet...and just better. Samsung has stepped their game up...at least on this setup.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator. We bought it for the counter depth feature but unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of that feature because of our left wall. Great ice maker. It’s quiet and beautiful inside. The color is a lil darker than the typical stainless steel appliances so it doesn’t totally match everything else. I would buy the bigger fridge next time especially if it looked silver and not so dark.

Just about perfect. We needed to get a bit smaller cu.ft than are old side by side but this works. PROS: The black stainless is gorgeous and fingerprint free! Cleans with just a wipe of a damp cloth. Convenient ice/eater dispenser on door snd ice maker id a smaller footprint --doesnt take up much shelf space. Lighted interior super great for those late night raids.LOVE the showcase door. Never thought I would. Grab and gorayhef than search and find. Flex door makes up for the shelf space I lost and bar divides space as needed. And the refrigerator/freezer signals when doors are left open. Too long.CONS:Water pitcher takes up usable shelf space, its just as easy to use water dispenser and if you put fruit in pitcher tube, refill water dilutes the flavor. I'd just as soon keep pitcher on regular shelf. Doors do not open wide enough to get vegetable bins out all the way. Difficult to remove for cleaning. I wish freezer bins were more square rather than slanted in the back. I do ouf little baskets in freezer bins so i can lift them out rather than empty them out to get what I want from the bottom. ( veggies in one basket; meat in another. I can work around CONS . Otherwise I love this model.

Overall I really like this fridge. The black stainless steel looks high-end. The food showcase door has been amazing; I really love being able to access the items in my door shelves so expediently. I haven't had outer-door water and ice access like this before and I don't think I'll ever be able to go back. I bake a lot and love the shelf feature that allows me to push back part of one of the lower shelves to make room for cakes or other tall, upright items. My two qualms are: 1) The fourth door isn't worth it. It was sold to me as a drawer that could flex between freezer and fridge space, but mine is stuck on 37*, so fridge only. I use it for butter and beer, but think it would've been more worthwhile to have that space fully allocated to the fridge or freezer. 2) It comes with a really cool in-fridge pitcher that auto fills, but mine has never actually filled up. I'll admit I haven't taken the time to YouTube the problem yet, but I really just want it to work without me troubleshooting it.

Love this refrigerator. Would have liked the bigger size, but wouldn’t have fit through any of my door entrances. Everyone loves the auto fill water pitcher. Tuscan color is very complimentary. Only complaint is not consistent ice sizes and some small pieces come flying out. Otherwise, no issues and have used for a month now.

Micah, salesman at Mt. Vernon Best Buy, deserves recognition for assisting me in making the purchase. I truly did not intend to make the purchase when I walked in the appliance department. I made him aware of our difficult dimensions that we needed to comply with for a purchase. He taught us about the Counter Depth. He assured us that it would fit and would meet our refrigerator demands. We got the water dispenser, crushed ice, cubed ice, stainless steel, and finger print resistant, Flexzone Drawer, & autofill water pitcher. We love it. It fits.

Excellent refrigerator. It looks great, I love the fact that fingerprints don’t show. A lot of space inside plus the flex area is great too!

We had the larger 26 cbft version. It was dying, and in our new home, needed a counter-depth, realistically. Most counter depth don’t have water AND ice in the door. This one does. It’s also well designed from a storage standpoint with shelves that flip up or 1/2 a shelf slides back for taller items. It’s so well designed that it doesn’t feel smaller even though it is counter depth. I was not sure I wanted the door in door, but I’m kinda loving it. The shelf is big enough to hold a 1/2 gallon of milk, creamer, and so much more. I also love that this fridge is basic - less computer parts means less issues. PS: the color is beautiful.

Purchased this about 6 weeks now, thus far I had not had any issued, reviews stated on site is accurate. As of now I do recommend this model.

We love this fridge! The Flex-zone drawer is so convenient, we use the auto fill pitcher all the time, and the showcase door is a need not a want!

My whole family loves this refrigerator. Black/ stainless is very attractive and doesn’t show fingerprints. The best new feature is the refillable water pitcher inside the door so we always have cold water ready to easily fill water bottles instead of holding at door dispenser, which is also available for water and ice. Our second Samsung with middle drawer which we also love. Recommend buying extended warranty with all electronics these days.

We like the fingerprint resistant ss. And the fridge itself has just about every feature needed. We aren't loving the ice maker yet and wish it were hands free like other models. We also wish that it hadn't been damaged slightly in delivery. Note dent in freezer door below handle.

Great looking fridge. Very quiet compressor. Integrated water pitcher is great for filling water bottles. Definitely fingerprint resistant. Bought this stainless finish model after seeing my friend's Samsung. Would recommend!

Very happy with the purchase. Makes lots of ice. Our big concern because we use lots of ice. Keep everything very cold. Also love the extra door section. Happy we choose this refrigerator.

Exceeds expectations. Love the small water pitcher in the door. We add cucumber, melon, lemon and it makes the water so refreshing. We love the way the color changes depending upon the light. Totally transformed our kitchen.
