I've have my new Samsung refrigerator for a little over two weeks now and I'm very happy with it, I was a little worried that I wouldn't have enough space in the refrigerator section, as it's counter depth, but I have plenty. I really like the water pitcher, which I hadn't expected. The water is very cold and refreshing. I have two minor issues. First, the finish does get a lot of smudges. They wipe off easily, but it's not really "fingerprint resistant". The second issue is one I read elsewhere. Storage for taller containers is somewhat lacking. I folded back the shelf by the ice-maker and use that area for wine, big Costco size containers of salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, and soy sauce. Everything does fit and since it's not too deep, things are easy to reach. Freezer is a little smaller than in my side-by-side - we'll see how that works out.

Replaced a Frigidaire Gallery unit that failed. Quiet, lots of space inside. Cools very well. The flex drawer is really useful. Only comment is that the ice maker is slow.

We needed a counter depth for our renovated kitchen. This model is the perfect fit. A little smaller than our huge Samsung we usually have but surprisingly it still takes a lot! Very practical!

I love the look of this fridge, it is super sleek! I love that it has no handles to get in the way. Our previous fridge was a Samsung which had no issues the entire time we owned (7 years), we are hoping this holds up as well in our new home.

The refrigerator looks great and works great too. I read the reviews about fingerprints, noise, ice cube clumping, etc. I have not had any of those problems. There are less fingerprints on this than my old GE side by side refrigerator. Any fingerprints wipe off easier with a damp-lint free cloth. The flex drawer gives much more space to the refrigerator. I thought the freezer would be smaller than my previous refrigerator. I loaded everything from my old freezer and had room left in the new freezer. I put lemon or orange slices into the automatic-fill water container in the refrigerator to refill my water bottles. This is a wonderful addition. It is so nice to make a purchase and be truly happy with every aspect of the product. Even the delivery people were good!

The ice maker fails repeatedly. Otherwise, it's pretty good. But I'm on my 6th ice maker. Don't buy this model.

I can’t say enough positive things about this fridge/freezer. I LOVE having the flex drawer-I make very good use of this. Flex drawer is perfect for parties & also for every day use. Sleek, minimal, but smart design.

Love this fridge! Great space, love the middle drawer and the removable and refillable ice pitcher. The only thing I would say I don't like is that I feel the top drawer inside the freezer is a little flimsy. Able to get over it though!

We've had this refrigerator for about a month now and are extremely pleased with it. Being counter-depth and with no protruding handles gives our kitchen more room with less chance of bumping into it or having to maneuver around it. So far we haven't noticed any issues with space in it since it is only 22.6 cu ft compared to our previous refrigerator that was 24.4 cu ft. It seems to run very quietly except when it is producing ice and then you have that noise which doesn't happen that often. The in refrigerator pitcher is also nice which allows us to fill our coffee maker quickly without several trips to get filtered water. e also love the flex drawer. We are very pleased with this refrigerator so far.

The Refrigerator is beautiful and has a of space. My only complaint is that the ice maker sucks. You can get properly a few cube only. Takes longer than expected to produce more.

I wish the doors had more space I had to remove a shelf so drinks could fit better. I don’t like how the freezer is easily pulled off track but the middle drawer I really love! I don’t regret my purchase I just wish I caught a sell price

Works great super quiet and tons of storage options! Warning get use to cleaning it often as since there is no handles there can be a lot of finger prints! But that is totally worth it since it has a very sleek look!

This fridge is amazing, has features we didn't know it had. It's counter top depth fits perfect in its spot, a lot more room and practicality than our older side by side. We highly recommend this fridge.

The fridge fit the bill and was an awesome replacement for our side by side. The doors open wide and give you access to everything, and I love the middle drawer. We have multiple kids who have been spoiled by a big ice maker in the the fridge, this one runs out of ice all the time. So if you need a lot of ice you better have an alternative way to get it.

Excellent quality and good design. This one has plenty of space for a counter depth refrigerator.

Bought this because JennAir fridge that matches our other kitchen appliances was not available. This was the closest match in color and style we found. It is a counter-depth fridge, so capacity is lost when compared to standard depth refrigerators. Ice and water in the door, self-filling water pitcher inside and flex drawer that can keep different temps than the main fridge or freezer spaces.

BestBuy claimed that they discounted $1,000 for this open-box but if you compare to Costco membership price, it was actually discounted $300 only. There's a dent in front door, except that we're happy with the fridge. it's almost brand new; it's not a big 30 cu ft but spacious enough and fit to our home

I Love this Counter Dept Fridge. It is not deep but does give you the space you need to put your food it. The middle draw makes up for the space because you can use it as a fridge or freezer.
