Was looking for a counterdepth fridge with good storage and clean design. Ordered a different fridge but just by random luck i ran into this one at another best buy. It was love @ first sight glad we cancelled the other fridge for this one. Love the automatic tea/flavor water jug that automatically refills. My kitchen is a galley style kitchen so not having handles was a great bonus! Great job Samsung...

This refrigerator is a great Counter depth model. It is easy to use and well designed. The lighting inside is nice and bright and it is easy to see items toward the back of the shelves. The ice container is On the small side. The drawer in the middle is really nice to have because of the flexibility to change its temp setting.

We love our Samsung refrigerator. We've had it for 10 months now and no issues. It is counter-depth but our kids are grown now and we don't need as much room. The one complaint most have is the slowness of the ice maker but we don't use that much ice and if we are having quests we pick up a bag of ice. It does get finger prints...it's stainless. Also, it has handles recessed in the top and if you use them there will be no fingerprints. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy it again.

Before purchasing, we did a lot of research. We learned there is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this model. The lawsuit applies to older models and addresses the ice maker. The problem was addressed in newer models ( 2018). Our model was brand new (Oct 2018) Our unit is working perfectly. We have adjusted to the design and are very pleased. Everyone who has seen it in our kitchen has told us it looks incredible. We have not had any problems with the refrigerator. We are exceptionally pleased with the performance and design of the unit

I have only had the fridge for a few weeks but I love it so far! It looks so sleek and I love not having handles. There is a lot of storage!! Love the middle drawer for meat and wine! The water pitcher inside is wonderful!!

I like the counter depth and it still holds a lot of stuff. You can easily reach all items as nothing gets stuck in the back anymore. The middle drawer is great.

I Love my refrigerator! First it’s very sleek without door handles. It also has an in door self filling water pitcher ( I used to be a Brita girl). The sides of both doors are deep to hold plenty of condiments, wine bottles, gal of milk, and other tall containers. The ice maker DOES NOT prevent deep shelving. The only down side is the doors don’t stay open so you can place a large or heavy item on the main shelving.

This fridge has become the center of attention of our kitchen (whole house really).The lack of door handles and it being a counter depth fridge makes it fit and look like it was built for our house. besides looking like the best fridge ever it also has plenty of storage all around for my household. As alot of reviews knock and fuss about the ice maker we have had no issues yet (knock on wood). But we did buy a nice warranty for it so worst case it will be covered.

The refrigerator looks great, and we receive lots of compliments on the exterior. We have had a couple of big issues with it though. The ice maker began freezing up just a few months after we bought it. It also barely made enough ice for more than a couple of glasses. Also in less than a year of having the refrigerator, the ice maker broke all together. The second issue that we have had is with dents on the exterior. I have never had a refrigerator that dents so easily.

This refrigerator is so modern and looks so good! It’s is very spacious inside and works great! Love it!

It has more than Enough room for 2 people and it is very well organized. The smudge proof stainless steel is good. The geek installers did not align the French doors. They left that to me. The largest provided snap ring was not enough to align the doors. They are still off by about 2mm.

Doors are not the soft close with weight in it. Love the flex drawer. Frequent items there. The fingerprints don’t show. Wipe off easy. Getting used to the top,bottom hand indentations, changing generations of a handle takes a bit. The smooth counter depth appliance looks great.

I had heard horror stories about purchasing appliances, so was amazed that my item was available immediately. Process could not have been any easier. While I don't have small children any more, the fingerprint resistant feature is great - especially since my kitchen/great room connect. It's spacious with room for every thing! Love the drawers in the freezer too. Highly recommend.

This Samsung refrigerator is wonderful! It is cabinet depth and I was afraid it wouldn’t be big enough, but it accommodates everything and then some! It’s design is very efficient with the very deep freezer bottom drawers (which you can personalize according to your needs), and the additional pullout drawer is perfect for all our produce. The design is sleek, streamlined without those huge bulky handles sticking out. The ice maker and water dispenser areas are wonderful as well. I’m definitely 100% pleased with my purchase!

This is a good refrigerator, although it is smaller than our old one so it took a while to get used to. No real complaints. It is very sleek looking since it doesn't have door handles, which is why we got it--so it matches the modern-looking kitchen we have.

I was worried about the counter depth being too small but this fridge is so well designed that I have plenty of room. The separate deli drawer is great and flexible. I use it for cheese, deli meats and packaged meats. The ice maker takes minimum space and the in door water pitcher is brilliant. I particularly love the handles which are molded into the doors and drawers and do not stick out. The only reason this did not earn 5 stars is that the ice maker does not produce very much ice and I have run out fairly often. In looking at blogs on line this seems to be a common issue with Samsung .

Love our new Samsung refrigerator. It’s very easy to set-up, extremely quiet, has great space in the refrigerator and freezer spaces and we love the drinks drawer. It’s great to have the flexibility to use the middle drawer to how we want, being able to switch temperatures. Finally, we really apply the clean lines, with the pocket handles. It looks very sleek and is simple to keep clean.
