We love this fridge. It is counter depth which allows us to see the entire contents of the fridge quickly. Nothing gets lost "in the back". Our favorite thing about this fridge is it come with a water pitcher inside that automatically refills each time you use it! Love IT!!!

The space is quite limited for a family of 5 and the water tank took quite a bit of space. So for those that need space, you might want to check it out in person to make sure it has enough spaces for your needs. But beside the space issue, it looks very very nice.

I bought this refrigerator several weeks ago. It looks great in the kitchen and has a good capacity for a counter depth model. The auto-refill pitcher is a nice feature, and while the ice maker has a small capacity, it seems to refill quickly.

Ice maker has been keeping up no problem. Like the counter depth size. No handles works great being next to a wall

This is counter depth which means will fit right into your counter. Looks sleek you have to get used to the missing handles. If someone put hands on front then you will have to clean the messy finger prints. I don’t use any expensive cleaners just water and paper towels or I create my own cleaner. It has a good amount of space all my stuff fits in so far. Love the auto fill jug. The middle portion can be converted to a fridge or freezer so love that option

I like the ridge. I just don’t believe that its really finger print resistant. I’m constantly having to clean off the fingerprints. Magnets don’t stick to it.

It definitely looks sleek. I like the extra drawer and have to get used to that horizontal space. I don't know about the fingerprint resistant feature. Maybe I expect no smudges, but you will still have to keep wiping. Other than that, I like it.

Has no door handles. This means fingerprints constantly! Also ice maker is horrible. Holds very little ice and is slow making it. Would not recommend for a family.

I love almost everything about this fridge. It does still get smudges, but not as much as an earlier stainless fridge we had. It's roomy and bright, and, of course, the flex drawer is terrific. Pet Peeve: the integrated water carafe/pitcher IS NOT dishwasher safe - in today's world, who builds kitchen gadgets that can't go in the dishwasher???? Major fail on that.

Have had this refrigerator for 3 years and have had nothing but problems with the ice maker. It constantly gets jammed up at the top and then has to be manually thawed. Samsung has and will do nothing to correct the issue! This is our 2nd Samsung refrigerator and had the same problem on the older one.

Beautiful fridge and so so so much room! Just wish the ice maker was bigger.

We purchased this about 6 months ago to replace our 26 yr old Subzero. We felt we didn’t want to spend so much for another subzero so we went to Best Buy to shop around. We picked this because it’s kind of the only one with no handles. Our kitchen is not big so anything that won’t waste space is appreciated. Delivery is fast and smooth. So far so good and that’s what we expect from Best Buy and Samsung.

Really like the style of this fridge and space provided. Down side is ice maker is not very big for family of 4-5. Also love the filtered water pitcher that is part of the fridge but ours is already leaking when we pour water out of it.

Love the counter depth, smooth appearance. Good freezer space. Need to read instructions about the flex drawer and changing the water filter as my water still doesn't taste good. Fridge doesn't have much talk item storage space, but otherwise I love it

Love the space in this fridge. Looks great and the features are an added bonus.

My wife and I agree this is the finest appliance we have ever owned! Fits in the space better than any other refrigerator and looks amazing. We love the freezer on the bottom and all the features. Our favorite "perk" of this unit is the self filling water jug. We hardly ever use the water on the door (reason we bought it) because it's so easy to quickly pour really cold water from the jug. If you can afford it, I HIGHLY recommend this product!

ice maker did not work initially, but Best Buy was able to trouble shoot a fix for it (after two attempts). Happy with the appliance, disappointed in the Best Buy service experience. The middle drawer is the perfect size for snack and drinks for the kids to access easily. Wish the Fridge was a bit larger, but it works for our family of 4.

This is a counter dedpth unit. Love the design and water jug in the door... The only downside is the smaller size... but again this is a counter depth and it's expected. So far functions great

Not having handles sticking out allowed this awesome and sleek fridge to fit perfectly flush with the rest of our counters. In addition, the narrow walkway in front of our fridge was not hampered by handles sticking out and possibly catching/snagging passer-bys. Moreover, the shallow depth of the interior (similar to much higher end fridges) allows for easy reach of items stored in the back of shelfs. The snack/sandwich drawer in the middle is beyond convenient as well. The top sliding freezer compartment drawer does fall off of it's rolling slot a lot though. Still not sure if this is how it is meant to be or a defect?

Nice fridge. I love that it's counter depth. Very clean looking with no handles!
