I was afraid the counter depth would be tight, but it has plenty of room. Like the size of the ice, the light touch buttons, the auto refill water pitcher. My only complaint is the frost in the freezer, I continue to adjust the temps there.

The Samsung 4 door refrigerator is great so far. We like the organization, the aesthetics and especially the counter-depth. The delivery people were friendly, professional and quick. So far, no problems to report. Love the 4th door flex zone and the design of the in-door water dispenser. One note, had to Install the water myself due to living in an old house. Braided stainless steel line was extremely easy to install.

The ice maker broke just after 15 months of use, it seems like it's pretty common issue for this refrigerator. Ice maker is the one of future I must have living in Florida, very disappointed, For price I paid I was expected to have no issue for at least for a few years. Fingerprint resistant coat is questionable also, I have to wipe off fingerprints on regular base

I like the exterior of the refrigerator and the counter depth feature but I am not a big fan of the freezer. It is difficult to get items in the freezer due to the sliding drawer.

The best buy from best buy thus far. Saved 50% on the price because I bought a floor sample ...and glad I did. I went looking for a fridge that had large storage space; was silent; had ease of changing filter; had dispensing capabilities for ice and water and above all had a sleek modern look. Overall great value for money! Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this fridge because I have a wall that is right up against the fridge location/hookup. The recessed handles were the main reason why I chose this fridge. With the recessed handles I'm able to open the fridge door against the wall almost all the way. I'm still unable to open the vegetable drawer fully, and can't pull it out to clean, but I have enough access. The construction is quality but it does show fingerprints.

This is an excellent refrigerator. I love the four doors, no handles. Holds a lot for a counter depth. Love the "magic pitcher" you fill a glass with water and it refills itself. The only thing I don't like is the ice maker. It doesn't make much and seems slower than my last Samsung. They fix that and this would be a perfect refrigerator.

My wife and I upgraded to this Samsung after having an old double-door fridge for 10+ years. It's fantastic! The one thing I absolutely love, which wasn't really brought to my attention, was the in-door water pitcher. When hooked up to a water line, take it out, pour your water, put it in and close the door and VOILA!!! It's magically filled to the brim the next time you open the door. No more annoying Brita filters/pitchers! Pros: Well-lit Plenty of storage space, adjustable shelves to accommodate awkwardly sized items Metal flex-zone drawer for fast cooling fits anything you want to put in there In-door water pitcher is amaaaaaazing - life changing Freezer has plenty of space Top and bottom handles for the fridge doors Cons: Sometimes the top shelf in the freezer slides off the track. Simple enough to fix, but the first 1-2 times it can be confusing to get it back on the track. Counter-depth is nice if you need it, but you will have to get creative to fit a lot of larger items all at once. Stainless Steel is nice, but if you have pets that like to lick/rub on things, be ready to clean daily.

The look of no handles is great. However the refrigerator shows every finger and handprint that touches it. Drives me crazy!!

Beautiful refrigerator!! Love the water pitcher inside the fridge. My only issue is that ice maker takes up a lot of space in the inside.

This refrigerator was the perfect fit for the space we had available. Like how the shelves can be adjusted to fit taller items. Really like the middle section that can be either refrigerator or freezer. I use it as a refrigerator for cold cuts and cheese. This refrigerator is very quiet. Very pleased so far.

I wanted a counter-depth refrigerator. Even though it is smaller than my previous one, it has a great layout and everything fits nicely. I do have to wipe fingerprints off of the doors, though.

Love love love this refrigerator!!! Re-modeled our kitchen so we needed a counter depth fridge. The no handle look really gives us more clearance between our island and fridge. Thought we loved our other samsung french door fridge but this one is simply awesome with all the features and controls.

Excellent fridge even if it counter depth. Ice machine is a little slow but effective. Removing the plastic tape inside is cumbersome at times.

This fridge had great reviews on other websites. Most people complained about the ice maker. I understand the concern because there is a designed opening and extra compartment to keep a small ice pack or bottle frozen. Unfortunately every time u open the fridge door I am sure it causes the ice to slightly melt and then spiral ice advancer would jam. Otherwise I like the fridge

I really like the new refrigerator, especially the middle drawer and the pull out pitcher with the infusion in the center. We made lemon water as soon as we had everything set up and working.

This is a very nice unit. Counter depth gives it a nice built-in look. Love the auto water pitcher feature that always fills a pitcher inside the door in addition to the water dispenser in the door.

We originally ordered a Samsung Smart Hub that wasn't a counter-depth and when the delivery team brought it over, we quickly realized it wasn't going to fit. The delivery team advised that we needed to get a counter-depth fridge and provided some recommendations. After looking at the price tag for the Smart Hub fridge in counter-depth, we decided to look at alternatives, which was when we can across this one that was extremely sleek and more functional that the original one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the left door usually needs a 2nd push to close.

Extremely happy with this Samsung refrigerator. Great looking and tons of space.

Love the fridge, but we had to have another delivered because the water dispenser didn’t have chilled or cold water coming out. The new one is better but only servers about 20 ounces of cold water.
