Love it so far. Does show some finger prints, but very nice overall

We purchased this fridge because of its features and styling to fit with our contemporary kitchen - it fits right in! We are pleased with many of the features. It seems to work very well and is easy to clean. There are some unusual aspects to this fridge's internal shelf arrangements and we are working on adjusting them to our needs. We are unsure of its reliability because it is brand new so we have no way to judge that, but prior experience with Samsung, LG & GE suggests that manufacturers are NOT placing a priority on reliability and quality control. But, obviously we do not know if this criticism applies to this recent model. We were very pleased with the Geek Squad installers.

Sleek looking fridge. Lots of room on the door. The pitcher is nice.

Love this refrigerator. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the ice maker is a little slow to make ice. We are a big family (8) and it has trouble keeping up at times. Other than that, love it!

We chose this model for it's sleek modern look (no handles) as we have a smaller space. So far the only down side has been that there is slightly less space in the freezer compartment, but definitely more room in the refrigerator part than in our old side-by-side. It's quiet, ice/water works well and it even has an alarm if a door or drawer isn't closed.

Looks very nice. Looks expensive. The only problem with it is the finger prints! Other than that it is a good refrigerator. Price is good. Love the attached pitcher! Refills every time!

A have always trusted Samsung products. The fridge looks great with no handles! Works as it should and looks sleek. Love the integrated water pitcher ans middle pull out drawer.

This refrigerator sleek looking, efficient and quiet. I love the no handles look. Space wise it has a options to move shelves around. The water is filtered and always comes out at the best refreshing temperature. The multiple levels and temperature options makes is easy to store different foods or maintain snacks to the right temperature.

The Fridge works great in terms of both storage amount as well as the cooling factor. The only issue we have had so far is the slow ice maker that is rather small for such a large fridge.

I really like the profile of the fridge and how it doesn’t stick out much farther than counter depth. I originally didn’t like how the handles were grabs, but I really like them now. The only thing I wish was different is having the front surface be magnetic. I miss hanging things on the front of the fridge, but I suppose it keeps it less cluttered looking.

We got this fridge when our previous one died, and it is definitely better than that one! I like the multiple drawers for both freezer and the fridge drawer. The hardest part that we have found is that the shelving in the main part of the fridge has the structural pieces to hold them up, and they often get in the way of our containers of leftovers, so they aren't quite the right height for us. It likely just means we need to clean the fridge out more often. Overall, a quality fridge. I really like the dual compressors.

It is counter deep, looks seamless with the rest of the cabinets. The middle door is very flexible, you can use for meats to vegetables. I will buy again.

We got this to replace our Frigidaire after only 2 years. This is not only beautiful, but has a lot of storage even being the counter depth. If this was fingerprint resistant, it’d be 5 Stars.

Bestbuy Gainesville helped me out and hooked me up. We ordered a fridge from another box store that shall remain nameless. After messing up our order they then told me the fridge was going to take another three months to come in. Best Buy price matched it and had it to us in 3 days. The fridge is spacious and quiet. The built in water pitcher is nice at meal time.

Nice Fridge. Like the middle drawer. Materials seem a little flimsy for this price range. Plastic parts such as drawers could be thicker. Drawer glides could be smoother.

Steer clear of this unit. I have only had it since January 2022, and the icemaker freezes consistently!!! I am on round 2 of requiring Samsung to come and repair it as I cannot access the icemaker compartment for free up the excess frozen water from condensation that causes the issue. Nightmare to say the least.

We love this fridge! We love that it is sleek and goes well with our place. It looks very high end and as a lot of space. Although it is more expensive, we felt that it was worth getting since you literally use it everyday and stare at it. Worth the money and gives you bragging points :)

Loved this refrigerator for the first year. Love the space, features (such as in door water pitcher and flex drawer). We bought it November 2017 with the extended warranty through Geek Squad and by December 2018 (just over a year) it stopped cooling. Food spoiled and it took over a month (January 2019) for the service company to send Samsung Master Technicians 5 visits before it was repaired due to bad compressor. Now in May 2019 (4 months later), it has stopped cooling again. It is tough to deal with spoiled food and multiple weeks of no refrigerator with 2 young kids. The compressor has a 5 year manufacturer's warranty and thankfully they are issuing us a store credit. Will not be buying another Samsung. They are very high tech but unreliable.

This is a great looking frig. So very roomy and just love the freezer or frig drawer, very quiet as well. All the shelves and drawers hold a great deal food and drinks. I esp. love that the ice maker and water dispenser they are very compact and allows shelf space in front of unit inside frig. Great appliance esp for the money, not crazy expensive.

This Samsung Refrigerator is a Piece of Art...It truly is the most AMAZING looking refrigerator out there...not only that...the well thought out plan of french doors...center flexible zone and freezer are excellent...as the ice in door...and No Handles makes it look great with any brand appliances...Samsung was really thinking!!! .it's all FABULOUS!!!
