I love my new refrigerator so far since 12/07/2017 for its design and performance. I would recommend for a small family with 1-3 members because it is less space due to its counter depth.

Sleek look. The lack of handles takes some time to get used to. Fingerprints are still visible even though it’s supposed to be fingerprint resistant. The fridge does easily dent—my oven door accidentally tapped it and resulted in a ding. If you care about esthetics this might bug you. Good filter convenient water pitcher. Nice middle cabinet for deli meats or wine a cool. Freezer size is good - plenty of space. The top shelves are smaller but adjustable. It’s nice in general.

This fridge is exactly what we were looking for. Because of recessed hand grips, we have three additional inches of walking space. The interior is much roomier than our prior fridge withthe same cubic foot space. Delivery and set-up were done by a professional, efficient, friendly team who made certain we were pleased.

I purchased this refrigerator for my parents a few weeks ago. They love the look and how spacious it is. The ice maker is great along with the pitcher included. So far everything is working great. I do hope this refrigerator will last a few years and not breakdown like the LG ones.

i was looking for a counter depth fridge. i was at the best buy store and had bought a kitchenaid fridge. but as we were about to walk i saw this samsung fridge and fell in love. so much nicer, sleek, modern looking and all the built in are a bonus. so we cancelled the order and purchased this one instead. so far very happy.

Important notice to all who buy this unit. Samsung fails to tell you that you must level the refrigerator but with the front legs moving the unit off its front roller wheels. Yes, when you do this it will not be leveled from front to rear as it will be tilted to the rear. The reason I learned from a friend who owns the unit and had to have it serviced ($400+) is the water needs to move to the back edge thereby avoiding water freeze within the back panel and breaking the unit, leaking or making load noise when the fan operates. This is not something Samsung fully explained as I expect there have been many service calls (all past the warranty) when it is not tilted back and off the roller wheels. Otherwise we like the refrigerator and the deli shelf/drawer.

I love the styling on this fridge. It has no "bar" handles to pull open. It looks super with the dishwasher I bought from Best Buy back in January. I love the counter depth. That reduces the capacity, of course, but the layout is so efficient, it works well for me.

I have long been a fan of side-by-sides, but decided to try this new four-drawer Samsung because of its clean, functional look. So glad I did. This refrigerator is just magnificent and it holds much more than the old side-by-side (also a Samsung). Functionality, looks, and capacity all come together seamlessly in this refrigerator.

We built a new home and our builder did not supply a refrigerator. Had decided we wanted a French door this time. We read reviews and this one was rated very well. We've had it for two weeks now and I love it! It is very sleek and fits well into the built-in space our contractor created for it. For a counter-depth fridge, it has plenty of room for us!

Fast deliver and set up, looks great and refrigerator part works great. Freezer is on the small side but perfect for a small family. The problem is the ice maker. It defrosts and refreezes causing ice to build up and gum up the moving parts. Had to have Geek Squad out twice already. Nobody wants to say Lemon out loud but that’s the suggestion. Samsung can’t be bothered to offer any solutions. Would recommend another brand and completely avoiding any model that has the ice maker in the refrigerator.

Love the black stainless over regular stainless, fingerprints aren’t as noticeable. The handle less doors make it look very sleek. Plenty of space in both refrigerator and freezer.

We have had the refrigerator for just 3 weeks. Love the look without handles and having no handles is great if the refrigerator is sitting close to an island. Found it a bit of a challenge to store tall items with no adjustment to shelves. One shelf does flip up to allow tall bottles, but you loose shelf space from the shelf below. Appreciate the "third door" this makes up a little for the space lost to tall bottles. Since it's only 3 of us, the refrigerator is fine and works for us.

great counter depth frig. only things that kept me from giving 5 stars is that it shows EVERY fingerprint and feel like need one shelf that will accomodate taller items.

I love the 4 door without handles! It’s sleek and clean looking! Inside is spacious too! I upgraded from a side by side fridge and I am glad I did! My favorite feature is the auto full water pitcher! So we always have cold, filtered water ready to drink!!

We moved into a new home with a counter depth fridge opening. Love it. The auto water refills guarantee extra cold water. No more waiting for Brita to fill up. Surprisingly large, for a counter depth. Very quite, slow on making ice (but I don't know any other auto ice maker on a fridge so maybe normal.) A tad on the expensive side though...

Purchased this to fit with modern looking kitchen. Our cabinets have no handles and are plain white. This refrigerator matches that look. The unit is quiet, very reliable cooling. Water and ice system is handy, but crushed ice is inconsistent. We originally did not think we wanted the infusion container and middle drawer, but they are surprisingly helpful. The bins in the water/ice door are weird shapes and sizes, probably in order to fit around the outlet and mechanisms. Annoying that the refrigerator does not come with egg bin or butter dish. Worth the price on sale, but probably not at full retail.

The ice maker has small storage and it already is broken. I have to call a technician to come and fix it. I bought this fridge in June of 2018. Only 5 months ago.

We purchased this refrigerator mainly because we liked the contemporary look. We have had it a little longer than a month and have come to really the middle drawer which cools drinks very fast and how well-built the refrigerator is. We needed a counter depth unit and feel that this has a good amount of space four counter depth fridge.

We really love this new fridge. It looks beautiful and works like a charm. So much room and you can see everything inside so bright. It make a it easy to find things. The water and ice works great. Hope it continues to work good through the years.
