We purchased this several months ago and love it. The pitcher included automatically refills itself. We use it all the time. We use the middle drawer for cold cuts and cheeses but would be great for drinks as well. Can also be used as extra freezer space.

Liked the refrigerator, the look, the French door design and the flushed surface with no handle bars making cleaning much easier. The flex zone is great allows a third temperature compartment besides the freezer and refrigerator. The only thing I noticed less than perfect is the water flow is slower than our old whirlpool.

Love this product. The central drawer is a great amenity.. The design of the unit puts most everything we need at the right level.

Replaced a GE side-by-side with this Samsung FD unit. Not only is it fantastic looking, but it is quiet, and spacious inside. Although it takes up less physical space in my kitchen, the way the interior is organized, I have a lot more room for food! Love this fridge.

We have had this refrigerator for a little over a month now and it has met all of our expectations. Plus it looks great without any handles getting in the way. Love the versatile middle drawer which can be used as a freezer as well.

I had a hard time deciding to get a side by side unit or this one. We wound up going with this unit and was not happy about the few taller items it can hold on the side of the doors even after taking a shelf out on one side. Some of our items have to lay on the side to fit (Costco larger items). Ice box already froze over and had to call Samsung to repair. The serviceman said the same issue has come up several times with others and they are being told to fix once. If it happens again, we will have to get a new unit. Don't get me started on delivery service they contract through. Would not recommend this until to any friends or family.

We're really happy with this purchase. It looks so sleek and has held up well. It's a bit smaller capacity than what I was used to but perhaps due to the depth which of course - it had to be counter depth. The bottom freezer is slightly awkward with a top shelf that doesn't slide all the way back, making it a bit of a challenge to get into the bottom/main storage area. All in all though, and for the price, it was a fantastic purchase - we're very pleased with it.

This has everything you need and it has space for a large pizza box to fit in for leftovers. Fingerprints will show so you have to clean it often which isn't that bad. It looks great and haven't had any issues with Samsung products

Sleek look without handles. Easy to clean. Spacious inside and love pull out tray for keeping flat food/containers separated.

A very nice addition to our kitchen. First time in 30 years we haven’t had a side by side. We love the self filling water pitcher. Enormous capacity for three people in the house. Adjustable shelves are great too. Minor complaints about the small ice capacity and the smudges. Hopefully it will last as long as the unit it replaced.

Great fridge with lots of space and modern design. Very susceptible to fingerprints.

This fridge is great. The stainless is easy to wipe down. The lack of handles looks nice. The middle drawer is nice to have for quick access. The light on the interior is very bright. And, we love the refilling pitcher. Highly recommended.

I was having difficulty find the right size and dimensions for my small kitchen, I had a Best Buy consultant access kitchen and he was able to put a whole package together for my appliances. So far I’m loving them all.

Love this refrigerator. The auto fill water pitcher is so handy. For being a counter depth it has a great amount of space. Love the transitional drawer very spacey. So glad I went with Samsung.

We bought this Samsung because it did not have handles. Matches other brand stainless appliances we have. A good match!

Great refrigerator. Fits perfectly. The holders in doors have pattern on bottom so things don't slide. First drawer is changeable fridge/freezer, nice. No handles is the best. Keeps walking area clean and open.

I checked out various counter depth refrigerators for several months before deciding on this Samsung. The Flex drawer offers extra refrigerator space. There is extra space in the door arrangement. It is perfect for our needs.

My wife and I both really like the new Samsung French door refrigerator. especially the deepth so it does not stick out too far. We also like the no finger print finish and the middle drawer for drinks and such.

This refrigerator is excellent! true counter depth, the stainless steel finish resists fingerprints. The extra drawer;s flexibility really helps and the franch door design is incredibly efficient for space with deep door storage
