This refrigerator is very quiet and offers a lot of space inside, especially for a counter depth mode. Love the 4th door/drawer for quick access and flexibility for different uses (deli, wine, or freezer).

Great looking refrigerator, counter depth size and no door handles compliment the kitchen very nicely. Samsung did a very nice job with the space and water dispenser jug inside.

Wont even get into the horrible story of getting the fridge delivered With best buys terrible third party delivery service but i Havent even had the fridge for 2 years yet and it stopped dispensing water and then stopped cooling And we lost all our food. Wish we would have done more research because samsung has a terrible record on their appliances. Purchased the geeksquad warranty with it but when you call for repair they just sub it out to a company called service quick who are terrible so if you have to use them look forward to hours of waiting on the phone and people who never return calls and techs who show up unannounced without parts. Long story short. Buy a different brand at a different store!

Replaced an old countertop side by side. This unit fits the same space but is 2 cu.ft bigger. Love the drawers and the extra room. The finish is easy to keep clean. The unit meets and exceeds all our expectations.

The refrigerator itself is decent. There is one HUGE flaw on it. The fridge comes with the water pitcher that auto fills. If you put the pitcher back in the fridge empty it WILL leak ALL OVER the fridge. The empty pitcher doesn't hit the sensor all the way so the water keeps filling until it over flows because the pitcher doesn't line up with the water hole correctly. If you don't mind the pitcher thing it's an ok fridge but for a couple hundred dollars more you can have a better fridge with a screen or other options. Not worth the money but does what a typical fridge is supposed to do I guess.

The fridge is just stunning. The only draw back is the lack of space but that just means that you have to be a little creative and resourceful. The design is stunning and the no handles make it so much more attractive than other fridges.

Couldn't have asked for a better unit! Being counter depth it fit perfectly into our tight space, and the built in handles help keep you from bumping into the fridge in tight quarters. The built in water pitcher has been one of our favorite perks!

We are very happy with this refrigerator. In particular, the middle section is useful, and the handle-less design is well done. It is very quiet. Only negative point is the use of space for a small water container that isn't really useful.

I chose this because it’s counter depth and it does match my grey color cabinets. It‘s easy to organize foods. I love its infusion water tank. The external ice and ice water are also easy to use. Installation is fast and efficient.

This Samsung refrigerator has a cool streamlined design. No handles on the front gives it an edge in the kitchen. The shelves allow me better organization & I get more in the fridge & freezer because of the drawers. Love it!

The fridge has been a great asset to our kitchen. The water filter is my favorite feature. You do get a lot of fingerprints. The quality has been great and very happy with our selection

Love my new fridge, it is very slick without the door handles. Love the fact that it has a middle section for not so cold items, well it will be cold but not as much as the fridge.

I have an old kitchen and needed a fridge with little depth. However, I didn’t want to give up features. This one worked great due to the counter depth design and lack of handles. Also is performing well so far.

We have been more than happy with this purchase. The no handle look really look good in our kitchen and the fact that it is counter depth really adds space that we didn't have before.

Nice design and really liked the draw feature. But the wife hated how it showed fingerprints even though supposed to be resistant! Ice production was also disappointing. We quickly contacted Best Buy to discuss options and they let us exchange without any issue. So we are happy!

I love the features of this refrigerator, there are no outside handles so u get a sleek look, the pull out draw is great and functional it is also great u have cold water all the time with the pitcher in the frig.

I was worried about counter depth, but between the clever use of space and the no handle design, this refrigerators suits us perfectly. The built-in infused water pitcher and ingenious divider in the drawer are nice upscale touches.

We have had the refrigerator installed for a few weeks and we love it. It took a few days to figure out all the different features and to get the temperature set where we want it, but other than that it has been everything we wanted. After moving all of the food from the old refrigerator we still have some empty bins and drawers, so plenty of room. The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the thickness of the drawers. It is advertised as a counter depth fridge, but it sticks out past our counter. That was necessary due to the thickness of the doors. If we didn't move them out a bit, they wouldn't open all the way without hitting the counters on each side. It doesn't look bad (I will try to post pictures later), but it was a little unsettling at first.

We downsized to a counter depth refrigerator. We have only had for a week. So far it has been fine.

So far so good. Love the streamlined look and the ice/water feature. Even fills a pitcher of water on its own. Thought that no handles would mean tons of fingerprints. The few fingerprints that do show from dirty hands from cooking wipe clean in a sec. took away one star because we bought counter depth and it sticks our.
