We were lookin to replace an 11 year old fridge. We chose this fridge because of the counter depth and lack of handles. It fits our kitchen really well. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work great. We had a minor ice jam but were able to fix it quickly. The features of the fridge are fantastic and the fridge holds the temperature steady when open to stock the fridge.

Will not typically call it refrigerator beautiful but if I did this one would be it. Very sleek and fit perfect in my kitchen. Ample space and all of the extras make it worth the extra money. I love the water pitcher that refills automatically and has an infuser as well as the flex drawer that allows you to change the temperature depending on what you would like to store there.

Overall...a great refrigerator. I love the built in water pitcher with infuser more than I thought I would - I add fresh lemon or cucumber and it gets me to drink a lot more water than I normally would. I am also enjoying the extra drawer more than I expected. Husband adds sodas and we keep quick grab snacks in here for our tween boys. It has encouraged them to make healthier food choices than they did before. They have a more limited selection and I have things like washed fruit, carrots with hummus, etc. I guess I didn't realize that I had a smudge-proof frig last time or didn't realize just how incredibly poorly stainless does with fingerprints. Wow! I was really spoiled with my prior frig. I took a 1/2 star away for that. I also took a 1/2 star away for the 'quick freeze' option, you have to manually turn it on and off - my last frig had this option as well and it automatically turned off after the freezer cooled down so that you weren't killing your electric bill. The other thing I don't like is that there isn't a +/- button to adjust the freezer or frig temps. In looking through the manual, it can be done, but I shouldn't have to read a manual and figure it out when the +/- buttons could have easily been added. Both are fairly minor complaints and I still like the frig enough that I would buy it again if I had to do it over again.

The interior water pitcher is great! We fill ours up every 2 days and have nicknamed the fruit-water as "spa water." Plenty of room for a counter depth fridge in smaller spaces. Really impressive vs the competition. Haven't had any issues with the icemaker at all. The middle drawer is perfect for little kids.

Shelving isn't adjustable in ways that would make tall items fit easily. Love the fact that the crisper drawers can be opened without opening both outer doors. Freezer drawers are well configured to maximize storage. The flex drawer is a great place for wine but the metal organizer takes up too much room and is useless in my opinion. The auto refill pitcher is a bit small but love that it always tops off. Not a heavy ice user but no complaints with quality or quantity. Overall I'm pleased with refrigerator.

The stainless shows a lot of fingerprints. More than my previous stainless. Flex drawer is great. We use for meat and cheese. Still trying to figure shelf positions

it's only been 2 weeks, so my review is based on very limited experience. the clean no handle design, and counter depth size is perfect for our application. the LED interior lighting provides a bright interior, and the 3 zones of refrigeration are very nice. our only complaint is that the water dispenser protrudes from the otherwise flush front. in our kitchen, the there is a wall on the left, and if we mistakenly allow the door to open to wide, the dispenser contacts the wall.

We were limited to counter depth but found this one. It measures just a bit more than my old side by side, but packaged far more efficiently. You can easily see everything, very quiet and surface is easily to clean. Best delivery experience in 30 years.

I absolutely loved this fridge except for a glaring problem: the ice maker is terrible. It is so poorly designed there is a class action lawsuit in the works over it, and I'm surprised Samsung is still making it. Essentially the ice maker lives in the fridge side of the unit, and the seal around the hole for the ice to travel is weak at best. The ice ends up partially melting and when you try and use the dispenser you'll get water in your glass first. In addition, sometimes the water in the ice maker refreezes and completely jams up the entire unit. To defrost it you have to clear out your entire fridge, and it happens frequently enough to be a horrible inconvenience. Steer clear of this one, and really any Samsung refrigerators with the same ice maker design. Until it breaks it will be a fantastic fridge, but once it does it will be a constant annoyance.

I’ve had this fridge for about a month now and I love everything about it except the fingerprints. After looking at numerous fridges I could have gotten this confused with another one I liked, but I thought this one was supposed to be fingerprint resistant. Oh well, it’s not something I would count off on the fridge for.

Lot’s of room inside shelves on the doors are well thought out. We love the middle drawer for meats and cheeses, as well as wine. We had an earlier version of this model and I never really liked the water and ice dispenser. They got it right on this model, though the ice bucket is still a bit on the small side. We were disappointed with the delivery, where it was plugged in and the delivery people left. We had to completely setup the inside of the unit and remove all of the tape. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.

I wanted a refrigerator wit little to no handles that would snag you when you walked by in and opposite counter. So far I have loved this refrigerator and have had no issues with it. Still getting use to countertop depth thought. It shows all the finger prints but it easy to clean as well. Ice dispenser is slow as I have heard with other Samsung refrigerators. First time buying a non-close out refrigerator, so payed more than what I would like to. The no handle feature on doors was what I was looking for though.

I was worried about the fridge not having handles but WOW the extra space we gained by not having handles is amazing. Love the middle FLEX drawer and the water pitcher inside the door is key.

Quite and stylish love the look. We let the kids have the middle drawer for their snacks.

We are enjoying the sleek lines, as well as the middle drawer. Of course, as would be expected, if we didn't have a second fridge in the garage, there really wouldn't be enough room in the counter depth fridge. But we knew this going in and decided a smaller fridge was preferable to a full size fridge sticking out 6 inches past the counter.

The fridge is simply beautiful. Its counter depth design works perfectly in my kitchen and the middle flex compartment is always a crowd pleaser as it works as our beer drawer. Biggest complaint about this fridge is that the ice maker is a joke. The ice maker always freezes up every 2-3 weeks and the ice compartment's slim design makes it horrible to get any leverage to get it open (even on regular "working" basis). I typically have to spend 20-30 minutes with a hair dryer to melt the ice that's stuck in the ice maker to get it open whenever it freezes up. I have the geek squad protection plan and will update this review if this problem gets resolved or not. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this fridge to anyone who expects to use the ice maker.

The refrigerator works great with the dual temp and separate drawer for beverages and such. We also appreciate the automatic refill of water pitcher but I can't give it a 5 star because it requires an excessive amount of width space in order to open the side by side doors. You have to be cautious when ordering this if you have a small kitchen. They should really consider re-engineering the doors to open flush with the hinges like some of their competitors.

Counter depth, No handles, sleek looking! Love the auto-fill water jug inside the fridge. Only downside is that doors are not fingerprint resistant.

We did a lot of research before our purchase. We have really loved this fridge. It has a lot of room in it and it looks very good. Temp is on point as well. I will say that it does get lots of fingerprints on it but they wipe off easy.
