What a great find! We really like the in-door pitcher that refills automatically. Looks great and gets lots of compliments.

I was worried about the no-handles, but it works out perfectly. Not sure if it would work well with little kids :_

Wonderful refrigerator with some high end features. Black stainless steel color is a real standout. No door handles make it look sleek and because of no handles , I find that it is easier to keep fingerprints off. Middle drawer separations are adjustable and I can change them to accommodate my needs. The controls on the top of the middle drawer are hidden, simple to use and adjust and add to the sleek look of the refrigerator by giving it an uncluttered look. It looks beautiful in my kitchen.

Love how this design fits into our new kitchen. It took awhile to get used to not having handles, but I love it.

Samsung was nice enough to exchange our other refrigerator (less than a year old) because the ice maker NEVER worked. This model not only has incredibly clean lines, but the ice maker is far superior and it seems to have a lot more interior space because of where the ice maker is situated. And it has this little pitcher that collects the filtered water in the door that is just genius - so incredibly convenient for making coffee and anything else you need!!!! We love it!

After delivering THREE refrigerators that were the wrong size (after measuring the space before each one) we finally had to remove cabinets to make it fit.

Fridge was great. Good looking, fits perfectly as we were looking for a counter depth appliance. Problem is the same as in any other Samsung french-door fridge: the ice making device has a design issue and with time it becomes simply unbearable to keep using and defrosting it. There is already a general lawsuit against Samsung that after years has not come up with any solution for the known issue

I've owned this fridge for just over a year now. It has been repaired three times and is now out of warranty. I cannot get rid of this fridge fast enough. First, the ice maker broke. Samsung repaired it at no cost. The technicians arrived with a ready ice maker and indicated they knew if was defective. Second, the flex zone compartment (middle door) and freezer stopped cooling. Samsung repaired it at no cost. But they had to come back twice to fix it. And Third the freezer just broke again, yup, #2 above. The service center wanted to charge me for parts and labor. I had to call Samsung again to give me a "one-time" exception to fix it for free. Thanks a lot Samsung. By the way, Samsung's official service hours are (not 100% certain but more or less) Monday to Thursday 9AM-5PM. No they do not service on weekends. So expect to take the day off. About 20 years ago I owned another Samsung fridge and was marginally happy with that too. I should have learned the first time.

Beautiful Fridge. Everything looks and works great with one exception... Freezer divider drawer is very cheap and flimsy.

I am in love with this refrigerator. The sleek profile with no handles jutting out is perfect. I love the interior the storage space is great the light is amazing and the 3rd drawer is so helpful and convenient. I put things in there that I know I am going to want and I don't have to open the entire refrigerator to get them. I've gotten so many compliments on how nicely it fits in to the over all design of my new kitchen. I could not be happier!

Sales were very helpful. Delivery guys did a fine job. The only thing is they could have leveled it. After they left I adjusted the feet and it was fine.

We have had many compliments on the look of our new refrigerator. With no handles and black stainless steel, it has a very sleek look. It is counter depth which is just the right size for my 2 person household. Not too big or small. I love the flex drawer for lunch meat and cheese. Very nice refrigerator.

Purchased this unit in 2017. Ice maker has failed many times and I’ve had multiple repairs. I also purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan, being told by the sales reps that everything was covered. Well, the fine print says the ice maker is an accessory and is not covered. Could I have bought this refrigerator without the ice maker? No. Best Buy is refusing replace this refrigerator as a lemon as the ice maker is an ‘accessory’ after at least 5 repairs. You can image all the phone calls and waiting for a repair person to show up. It most recently had all new parts installed for the ice maker and new controller board. It froze up and failed within 1 month. See photo. It’s obviously a design flaw and a ‘lemon’. Buyer Beware of this refrigerator and Best Buy’s misleading Geek Squad Protection Plan. I’m fed up and Best Buy is losing an Elite Plus member. I’m also cancelling by BB credit card.

I bought this product on May 14, 2017. In recent two weeks the ice maker stopped working properly. In addition, the auto fill water function also does not work now. I submitted a service request to Samsung and provided all information which I registered this product before on the morning. Samsung said their partner "Service Quick, Inc." will handle this issue. However, on this afternoon "Service Quick" told me they cannot service me as they don't know when I bought this Samsung product despite of knowing it was within warranty. Then I called back to Samsung Service 1(800)726-2864, they said all my production register information are not used for service and they have no access as well. So their partner do not have these information and need to ask all the production with receipt copy as well. I just doubt how could Samsung treat their customer like this?

Looks great and fits nicely. No handles plus the extra slide out drawer are a great addition!
