I bought this frig about a month ago. So far it has been working great. It does leave finger prints on the door, but can be easily cleaned with wet rag.

This is the cleanest fridge we could find. Not having handles looks great but takes a bit to get used to. I haven't had the fridge that long so I hope I dont run into the same quality/reliability issues that others have run into

So far, I really like it. The negatives are not much height space for tall pitchers or other taller items. It's not really counter depth, sticks out 6".

I have had the refrigerator now for two weeks and couldn't be more pleased. It fits in a smaller space that most but has ample room inside. Also, without handles it gives us even more space. Everything working great except that the water pitcher that fills automatically from the filtered water line leaks a little when pouring.

I got the best refrigerator at the best price anywhere. Not Amazon nor Costco have it for less. Best Buy, keep doing what you are doing and there are enough of us out there to support your business. I shop with Mr. Joseph Rojas, and he is the absolute best.

Great Fridge looks great with my remodelled kitchen.

After having a Whirlpool for 20 years we bought this refrigerator. At 20 months, 2 months past the warranty, the control panel on the middle drawer started flickering and not working. It would beep several minutes after shutting the drawer as it is supposed to do as a warning if you leave it or the doors open. Now the control panel is off and none of the buttons work. Sometimes the lights randomly shut off in the main refrigerator compartment. We are living with this problem because of the expense to repair it. Another issue with this refrigerator is the ice maker not working when it builds up with ice. I need to take a hairdryer and blow it into the compartment with the ice drawer removed, for about 5-10 minutes to melt the large block of ice. After having this refrigerator just over 2 years I had to do this today for the 2nd time. I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again.

Love the sleek exterior with no handles, the well thought out refrigerator interior with usable shelves and bins and the practical freezer. The 3rd compartment - the drawer in between the refrigerator and the freezer is GREAT and can be used in so many different ways. Love, love, this new refrigerator!

Very nice refrigerator especially when compared to other counter depth refrigerators. My only compaint is there isn't much ice storage so we keep extra in the freezer.

We ended up getting a new refrigerator even though the old one was perfectly fine. This one has a lot more room and the multi shelf tiering allows you to store all sorts of various products that we had difficulty fitting in our old side-by-side. As an added bonus it dings whenever my son leaves the refrigerator door open.

Black stainless steel was just beautiful in our kitchen. The infuse water jug was most useful, now we drink more water then ever. The third drawer(interchangeable from freezer to refrig) is very convenient. The French doors allow us to put larger item across the whole refrig, no more restriction by the center door jam.

Not my 1st choice, but a good fridge. The ice maker was an issue with Samsung, however I am hoping this has been solved. Easy to clean and works well. I had a kitchenaid prior, and I loved the ice cubes from the kitcheaid - wish this one had the square little cubes. My only complaint so far.

Very pleased so far. Even though counter depth- Surprised at capacity. The drawer is my favorite feature as it super convenient and deeper than I imagined so it holds a lot. Ice is used everyday so has not clogged. We use a lot of ice sometimes so I empty extra cubes into container and keep in freezer for back up.

This fridge has great design and features, including the self filling water pitcher.

What a great refrigerator, this is my favorite of all. Love the extra door that can either be a refrigerator or a freezer. Love the water and ice dispenser on the outside of the door. Plenty of freezer room and also plenty of room in the refrigerator.

Loved this refridge from the minute I saw it in the store. Had to have it! It fits perfectly in my kitchen. Could not be more pleased. It was just delivered today so I can really tell much more. The space inside is amazing for a counter depth refridge.

Love this refrigerator! Beautiful and looks built in! And buying from Best Buy has been wonderful! Price dropped $300. and Best Buy IMMEDIATELY refunded difference. Then there was a small dent in freezer door, and Best Buy took it back and brought me a new one! PERFECT!
