So we just received this fridge a few weeks ago and it’s great. The ice maker is perfect and the adjustable drawer is perfect for chilling wine for entertaining.

Love that I can see everything in the frige when you open it. You can't forget something in the back. Love the water pitcher on the door

Pros: -space saving in galley-style kitchen (model w/no handles attached) -can see items in fridge much better than in side-by-side (approx. same amount of space as old Kenmore s-b-s, just better layout) -black stainless is very sleek looking (so far, so good) Cons: -a few noises that sometimes scare me when I'm alone ;-) -ice maker has leaked out of dispenser a couple of times but can't get repaired during pandemic, due to being high-risk household (contacted BB about this via chat, but no record of chat emailed to me - record number disappeared before I could record it in writing) -built-in pitcher leaks when pouring water

We needed a counter depth refrigerator to replace our existing side by side that recently failed beyond reasonable repair. This unit best matched our requirements. We did rearrange the shelving to fit our needs as the original layout was too restrictive for tall bottles. Everything works fine as expected.

I returned this refrigerator because it was too small and also even if you wanted to move the shelves you still had trouble fitting things in it. So I came back and bought another Samsung with more room and it’s great, thank you Bestbuy.

I would definitely recommend it. I use the water bottle inside the refrigerator quite a lot. The third drawer can be programmed as a freezer or for deli items

I am impressed with yet another Samsung home appliance. I purchased this about 5 months ago and am very happy with it so far.

This unit was bought to replace an LG unit and is just as good. I particularly like the extra drawer and the water jug.

Looking for my home warranty paperwork to possibly replace this fridge. It looks good but the ice maker is a huge problem. We have to unplug the fridge at least once every two weeks for the ice maker to work. My wife loves ice so this is a huge problem. I would not recommend this product.

My new fridge was delivered on 9/3/2020 and freezer is already broken. After hours on the phone with Samsung and Best Buy I felt like I am alone with my trouble. After 25 years with Best Buy I am sure I will never step my foot into any of Best Buy stores. 1 star is too many for how you are treating your long time customer.

It is great for my needs but if you have a large family it may be a little small. The stainless steel front shows fingerprints but they wipe of easily.

The refrigerator is working very well and has a nice upscale modern look that is timeless. Would definitely purchase again.

Imagine my surprise when I changed the water filter for the first time and discovered a non-OEM filter installed. The owner's manual states to use only Samsung provided or approved filters. I went to the website for the manufacturer of the filter that came with this fridge and found no indication that Samsung had "approved" them. Did Samsung provide the filter? Who knows? We've all seen the price differences between the OEM and third party filters. The lack of a Samsung filter installed at the time of delivery, while probably having no meaningful benefit, just strikes me as bush league on Samsung's and/or Best Buy's part.
