Great refrigerator, I just wish they would have cleaned it before I purchased it. It was filthy inside.

I've had this for more than a year now and I've had no issues with it! The only thing that's caused me any issues is struggling with changing non-Samsung water filters.

This fridge is amazing! I love the Ice Maker where you can quickly grab as much as needed at once (I even keep a cup for easy scooping) and fill my thermos daily). I love that it was just the right fit for my Small space condo am very pleased.

Love the French Doors with freezer below. Water dispenser has good pressure. Wife is happy with capacity as we used to have 2 refrigerators at old home.

Like others, Water dispenser stopped working after a day of receiving it. Except for the water issue, delivery was good and fridge otherwise works great so far.

I've never had an issue with Best Buy until I purchased an appliance from them.
The process was horrible! After 4 weeks of going back and forth on delivery, I finally canceled the purchase.
In addition, I was refunded the money on the refrigerator. Still, I have not been refunded on the delivery charge or water kit as their system shows the product is still "out for delivery."
This was a considerable inconvenience all around and disappointment from a big box retailer like Best Buy.

Add me to the list of water dispenser problems. The first refrigerator dispenser didn't work at all. We got a replacement refrigerator and the water dispenser worked for 4 days. There are 9 reviews for this fridge, 8 of them with the same problem. What are you going to do about it Samsung?

So far seems just find at first trouble with water line in door. But have a replacement and it’s doing ok

Love the space, but the water stopped working days after getting it. ice maker kept working the entire time. We wiggled the filter and it started working. Next day, stopped. Best Buy brought us a new one and it stopped the next day. We tried both for a few weeks until we just sent it back and ordered a different one. Best buy has been amazing to deal with, but do not waste your money or time on this product.

Our old fridge died and this was one of the only ones available that fit in our space. Unfortunately, having the same issues as everyone else that has bought this. Water dispenser worked for 3 months and now nothing...

Very nice, couple things we don't like. You have to open both sides to put things in and get things out, freezer in bottom is deep but organization is difficult, we do utilize the top drawer in freezer and ice box, very easy access
