Works as expected. There is no door handle, lots of finger prints and smudge is left on the doors. Its a hassle having to clean up the smudge on the door every now and then

It's small, the front dispenser is water only (no ice) and the doors don't have handles you have to open them from the top - this was a replacement for something that was out of stock, I woudn't buy it again

Our sales person juan was the best when they delivered the refrigerator I didn't notices a little knick on the the bottom of the refrigerator but still deserve the 5 stars

Our new fridge is what we hoped for, with water and ice, plenty of storage. We no longer have moisture problems and food stays fresher longer. It’s a great product.

My research showed the refrigerator had the features I needed and wanted at a sale price that fit my budget.

I have had it three weeks. The Best Buy installers were little more than delivery men. I had to hook up the water line myself. They told me they were not allowed to touch plastic lines and their ($39.99) stainless steel water line was too short to use. I still need to take it back. The water dispenser worked briefly. Three weeks and three repair visits later, it worked for one day and I have to call them back. May just tell them to come and get it.

Nice looking fridge, but water dispenser not working. If id known I would have this many issues, I would have saved myself the money and bought a fridge without a water dispenser.

I purchased this refrigerator on Labor Day weekend. It's flashy and nice. The first refrigerator that was delivered and installed did not cool, and freezer didn't freeze. I called Best Buy and Samsung and they tried everything to troubleshoot it. The water dispenser worked on this one. I did a swap for the same Samsung and model number. The second was installed, this time it cooled very nice. The problem, on the second refrigerator, the water dispenser did not work. I had it with Samsung appliances. I went in and returned the Samsung and exchanged for an LG.

This refrigerator is great except the upper fridge storage space has room for improvement. Otherwide it is a wonderful fridge for the price and dimensions and design for a small kitchen.

The refrigerator is very nice and I love stainless steel appliances anyway. The ice maker is nice and makes a lot of ice in a short period of time and I really like the water dispenser is an added bonus too

2 days in and the water dispenser broke. Makes ice just fine, even used the water dispenser once. Next day, no more water but kept making noises. Returned to Bestbuy

Same issue as everyone else. Water dispenser doesn’t work. New fridge came this morning, also doesn’t work and had a dent. When I purchased, there were no reviews yet, now plenty all with the same issue. Lady on the phone had a horrible attitude, $2k fridge and it’s going back! Disappointed to say the least.

Refrigerator doesn’t fit the width of the area it sit in. The left door does not open. We plan to make an alteration to a countertop that should resolve this concern.
