We are very happy with this refrigerator. We were looking for a black stainless refrigerator that would fit in our existing space and have the features we wanted. This model fits our needs perfectly. We enjoy the easy use of the settings, the water dispenser, the well-lit interior, and the amount of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections.

Seemingly like everyone else, our water dispenser worked once then stopped working. Oh...this was after we replaced our original fridge because ice and water didn't work.
So we've had two fridges. Both of which wouldnt dispense water.

Like every other 1 star review here, the water dispenser doesn't work. Fix your broken product Samsung, it's clearly not working as intended and needs to be recalled. Stop posting insulting troubleshooting links in response.

Water dispenser did not work. Had multiple technicians come out to make repairs and ended up having to return. Good for smaller spaces, but we bought for the water dispenser.

Love it had to return first fridge as it was dented. Paid double tip for workers excellent job. Think that was unfair paid $30 to each group for the work they did but if fringe was not damaged we’d have saved $30. Please send with our gift card. We are waiting to buy a couple items

The delivery guy’s was awesome and they help us with all of our questions we had.

First fridge was defective upon delivery, constantly beeping and watet would not dispense, the fridge thought a door was open constantly. Second fridge now will not dispense water after working fine for 3 days. Repair man scheduled. Will update review after.

Water dispenser disnt work when they delivered. Sent two different people out sisnt know why, Samsung contacted and fixed. Two days later no water coming from dispenser again. I called best buy and they are gonna replace it. Hope next one works.
