    By the time we realized it wasnt holding cold temperature, the return date passed. Best Buy said there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service!

    We love our Samsung frig- it is so big inside. We love the big deli tray, two doors, freezer on bottom and no handles also. We wanted black but are very happy with the black stainless which still matches our other appliances just fine.

    Having limited space I was excited to find a frig with French Doors and filtered water, should have read the reviews. Water dispenser did not work from day 1, replacement received In 3 days, same issue. Geek squad came out, was able to get 1 glass of Water and then nothing. Finally had it removed.

    Water Dispenser Issues with this Fridge

    Overall, this is a very nice fridge except for the water dispense issues. I saw all the reviews, but expected that an issue of this magnitude on a $2000 fridge would be addressed pronto, but apparently not. Come on Samsung, this is not rocket science. Let us know the fix for the water dispenser!!! I turn off the water supply, disconnect the hose, reconnect and then turn the water back on and water dispenses as it should for a day or two. Previous fridge worked for 20+ years with no issue. You know what the problem is, so how about letting us all know the real solution without the mandatory link to the useless trouble shooting web page?

    Water spout has no light...difficult at night. Model has no handles...you must reach on top of doors to open or close...discriminates against shorter individuals.

    All the reviews are correct this refrigerator lasted two days before the water stopped working. Best Buy was great and came and picked it up right away

    I purchase a refrigerator nov 19th. Today is january 12th and ui got my 4th notification that i needed to reschedule it. I hade to buy anothet one so i could get through christmas. I went for almost a month without a refrigetator and all i heard was so sorry. I even heard the excuse because of covid. How long is that going to be used. It just seems a large company like yours could do better. I plan to let everyone i know about this.

    I got this fridge a few weeks ago and so far so good. The ice maker and water dispenser work great, there’s plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The shelves on the doors seem a bit small and don’t hold too much but that’s my only complaint so far but I’ve only had this fridge for about 3 weeks. I did wait over a month for delivery and when it came there was a big dent on the side. I decided to take it anyway because you can’t see the dent where it is located in the kitchen and I waited long enough for it to arrive, who knows how much longer I would need to wait and the holidays are coming. So all in all I am happy with this purchase.
