The process was horrible! After 4 weeks of going back and forth on delivery, I finally canceled the purchase. In addition, I was refunded the money on the refrigerator. Still, I have not been refunded on the delivery charge or water kit as their system shows the product is still "out for delivery." This was a considerable inconvenience all around and disappointment from a big box retailer like Best Buy.

I love the Ice Maker where you can quickly grab as much as needed at once (I even keep a cup for easy scooping) and fill my thermos daily).
