Love this fridge. Its sleek, and although it’s counter-depth, it’s larger than you’d think. Can fit a whole bunch of groceries and items in it. I also love that you can get water from the dispenser while the doors are open, and the minute you stop requesting ice— no more comes out. I’ve had refrigerators in the past that wouldn’t allow water to dispense when someone had a door open. Pulling your glass away after getting ice and not having additional ice hit the floor is nice….

Replaced Samsung refridgerator which stopped making ice & freezing after 21 yrs. Found smaller Samsung version making it easier for a senior to access interior & replace water filter. Quiet running, only noise is when ice drops into ice maker bin in door. Extremely pleased with this model for a smaller space.

Counter depth is a refreshing change. Surprisingly spacious and so much easier to see everything. Wish the trays were movable but it works.

The refrigerator just fit the room in my kitchen and works well. The delivery technicians didn’t install it when they found there was a little leak with my waterline valve. I gotta have a handyman to replace the waterline. When the service technicians came to install the fridge later they told me the old waterline was ok to use. So I was confused. Anyway I think Best buy service is pretty good.

Spacious. However good that is not in the drawer in the fridge side will freeze and ice over

Water & ice comes out slow . Not much storage on refrigerator side , bottom drawer somewhat useless. And could of come with 2 extra shelves for freezer side

The fridge works really well overall! My only issue with it is that when I put too much in there the back of it starts to freeze up in the fridge. As long as I don’t put too much in there, it works fabulous.

REALLY LIKE THIS REFRIGERATOR. COUPLE OF THINGS THAT WOULD BE NICE. THE WATER AND ICE HAS NO LIGHT SO IF YOU ARE FILLING UP A DARK CUP IT IS HARD TO SEE WHEN TO STOP. ALSO IT HAS NO PLACE TO PUT THE BUTTER, AND THE DRAWERS THAT ARE ON THE BOTTOM ARE HARD TO PULL OUT

I would give it 5 stars if the ice maker worked better and produced more ice, I was told it would work after a few days but it’s been 9 days and it still hasn’t filled! We might be lucky to get a couple glasses of ice in a day. I had to buy ice trays!

This is a great fridge for a small kitchen. Counter depth can vary wildly from manufacturer to manufacturer. This one sticks out about 1-1/2 inches from a standard cupboard. Love the ice maker and water. It’s very roomy. Not sure it needs WiFi though. All it does is let you turn the icemaker on and off and adjust the temps remotely. I do t know if I’ve ever been on vacation and thought … did I leave the ice maker on?

We are very happy withe the refrigerator so far. We have only had it for a week, so only time will tell how it will hold up. The only things we would change are the bottom two drawers. When filled they don't slide well and the water dispenser need a light

Didn't think I'd miss the light on the water dispenser, but it is a tiny bit annoying. Otherwise, it's a great low-cost fridge.

This fridge was just what we needed. We are a family of 2 and didn't want a large fridge that took up more space than necessary. The counter depth was our most sought after option since it wasn't as "deep." I do wish that there were more features on the water/ice maker, but it makes it pretty simple and easy to use.

I love it! It keeps everything cold and it is quiet. Love the sleek design. Best Buy customer service has been great.

We bought this refrigerator about month and half ego and we are really happy with it is very spacious it keep everything very fress and the freezer wirks perfecrly i woul recommend it you will be happy too

This fridge was purchased sight unseen. It is a very basic unit and works well but lacks some of the accessory parts like an egg shelf, smaller drawers for cold cuts, cheese and other smaller flat items. It is counter depth and the doors open wide enough to remove the bins.

Considering it's price, it is great refrigerator. Good slick design with counter-depth for under $1300.. I love it.

We have had this about a month now. The refrigerator is running very well. The only item that I can say is the icemaker is a little loud. The refrigerator seems well balanced, and is keeping items code. I would buy this again.

The fridge is excellent. I want to recommend people to purchase it. It has enough storage space. I fully satisfied it.

What an absolute addition to my kitchen. I love it; it replaced a refrigerator I had for years and it makes me happy. There is so much more room. And........the fingerprint-proof stainless steel is something I appreciate because I am a little OCD. The delivery by Best Buy Independent Contractor was on time, swift, professional and thorough. I would give this fridge and delivery 12 stars! Happy, happy happy!
