So far so good. The only issue I had is I had to raise the freezer temperature 3 degrees or so from the recommended zero degrees. It seemed like a little bit of access ice would form and the ice maker would get clogged. I cleaned it out, raised the temperature and haven't had that problem since.

This item is hard to come by. I have been waiting for 6 months for delivery from Appliances Connection, still 4 months out? Best Buy Had item and delivered it in 7 days! My mistake, stay local! GREAT FRIDGE, much space in minimal space, counter depth. The black stainless is beautiful, quiet operation.

I have a older, over 7 years old, stainless steel version of this refrigerator and if I compare the two, the older refrigerator seems much sturdier. This refrigerator has a light/plastic feel to it that I notice when I open the door. Otherwise, I have no other complaints about the refrigerator. It took the delivery company, that Best Buy hires, three attempts to deliver my refrigerator. The drivers were just to busy, or lazy, to find parking and my front door is just steps from the sidewalk. (The first delivery attempt was a few days before Thanksgiving and they refused delivery because of no parking. The third delivery driver just parked in the driveway and delivered the fridge. How simple was that?)

got this for a new home, haven't had any issues with it, water comes out chilled and has great taste, space inside and at the doors is enough for a household of 4. The app is a good add to control temperature and reminds me to get new filter.

The ice maker frequency rate is not adjustable. Once the bucket is empty, you have to wait 24 hours before it is full again.

Bought this fridge during quarantine and was unable to view it in person. However, I am glad I took the risk! The fridge provides a lot of space to separate the food, drinks, etc. Easy to install and quick to work the electronic settings.

Great fridge - i love the look, both inside & outside. The only thing that can be a little annoying, but is the same with a lot of fridges, is that pulling the vegetable drawer out is a bit difficult sometimes. But I think a lot of fridges have this problem. Other than that its great!

We have been purchasing Samsung products for over 30 years. This refrigerator looks stylish with the black stainless steel, the interior layout is smart, and performance is as expected. I like the connection to the Smart Things app to monitor the fridge from anywhere on my phone.

Its compact and fits the counter depth nicely. Too new to have any performance issues. No issues so far. Great look and feel. Price wise you end up paying a lot for a compact fridge. Not suitable for large families. Perfect for single and couples.

I really like the look and the space of this refrigerator. My only complaint is the ice maker. It is very small and I still have to use ice trays to keep up with the ice demand. Of course living in AZ during COVID summer, I am sure we use more than normal.

This refrigerator is cooling at the recommended temperature of 37 degrees. At 37 degrees anything aroundthe sides freezes,items such as tea, lemonade, buttermilk, lettuce and onions. This is not desirable, and not sure what we should do about this issue.

This refrigerator is awesome! So much more room than our previous ge counter depth fridge. Some people complained about the fixed shelves and non lit water/ice dispenser. Neither are a problem for me. The flush handles keep the look very streamlined. My only complaint would be with the packaging. All of the outside is covered in plastic wrap which I get, but make it easier to remove please. I spent over an hour with a razor blade trying to cut it out of all the little nooks and crannies. Also, the tip about using a hairdryer to remove the sticker on the front worked like a dream. Can’t comment on the longevity of it since it’s only been a month. But it can’t be any worse then the ge.

Love the water, cubed ice and crushed ice dispenser all in one location. Also love the lines of the side by side unit. Our first Stainless Steel refrigerator. Plus it fits our storage needs for all 3 of us.

Pretty nice refrigerator but with one flaw, no light when using water or ice dispenser. I thought maybe it was broken from day one and so did the representative on the phone from Samsung but when the Samsung technician came out, he looked at the new part and that too didn't have a light so he said this is the first refrigerator in 10 years of repairs to not see a refrigerator without a dispenser light. There is nothing listed in the refrigerator's description either. Unfortunately this is the problem with buying sight in seen during the pandemic. Oh well

I bought this refrigerator to go in a newly finished basement entertainment kitchen. Very nice fridge for the money and delivery and installation was seemless!

I love this refrigerator. It is a little bigger than my last fridge and it is so much more spacious. I love that the ice maker is on the door of the freezer rather than taking up space on a top shelf. Definitely a great purchase.

Great use a space and I can fit way more in here than my bottom freezer French door fridge. Very sleek and stylish. Only regret is not getting it sooner!

Disappointing. Items on bottom shelf of frig freeze. Ice maker is very disappointing. Makes 8 small cubes (about enough for one glass) every 90 mins. Family of three constantly running out of ice. Sometimes it makes cubed ice, sometimes it is crushed. If you try to get crushed ice, it clogs up the ice shut and causes a backup.

It works better than our broken one. It's a little crowded compared to our GE.

Perfect shallow refrigerator for our kitchen. Not great for a family of 6 but we just bought a drink fridge to put in the garage. Prefer the look and functionality in our kitchen over fridge space.
