The quality is great. My only problem is the thick doors on this unit. It costs more for the counter-depth feature but in order to open the doors properly, it sticks out way beyond the refrigerator opening. If you aren't concerned about the depth, this is a good buy.

It is a very basic unit and works well but lacks some of the accessory parts like an egg shelf, smaller drawers for cold cuts, cheese and other smaller flat items. It is counter depth and the doors open wide enough to remove the bins.

I'm old school, so I'm used to the door handles and being in a w/c, they're like a pivot point for me. We didn't like no deli drawer and non adjustable shelves but found the new one (Whirlpool) didn't have a adjustable shelves either.

I love it; it replaced a refrigerator I had for years and it makes me happy. There is so much more room. And........the fingerprint-proof stainless steel is something I appreciate because I am a little OCD. The delivery by Best Buy Independent Contractor was on time, swift, professional and thorough. I would give this fridge and delivery 12 stars! Happy, happy happy!

Counter depth a WIN!

The side-by-side doors allowed clear opening even in a badly architected small kitchen. Features were perfect for the need with ice maker and variable crisper drawers. Storage space is not noticeably different and adequate for almost all my refrigerated items.

It is a 5 star fridge in every regard EXCEPT ICE MAKING CAPABILITIES. If you start empty, it takes two full days to fill the hopper and that is on the power freeze setting! Beautiful fridge but disappointing.

I waited a few months to have it delivered but absolutely worth the wait. The sleek design is great. I thought it would be weird without the handles on the front but actually I don't know how I could ever go back to handles not tucked in. It has the same storage space inside as my old one that was not counter depth. I would absolutely recommend it.
