For the price, this refrigerator is a good value. I had an issue with there being a blockage in the water line in the refrigerator. I called Samsung and they sent out a technician that fixed the problem. It fit our needs for a counter depth fridge with ice/water dispenser in the door.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because there is no built-in butter or cheese storage. I was able to buy some clear storage drawers / boxes, so it is fine, but seems like a weird option to cut out? Otherwise, this is a beautiful and functional refrigerator at a great price.

The refrigerator is really pretty. I love the sleek look. The refrigerator was dented when delivered. After numerous lengthy wait times to get through to a customer representative, another refrigerator was delivered with even more damage. Having been in the appliance repair business, I know first hand that the manufacturer does not package the appliances sufficiently to avoid damage so I opted to keep the 1st refrigerator to avoid having to take more time off from work or wasting a saturday. A little magnet will cover the damage. Best Buy compensated me with a gift card and I am satisfied.

Love my new refrigerator but the delivery process was really bad, promised me 2 day delivery and it took 4 attempts to get it to me, two times they didn’t know where my fridge was during delivery and the other two they didn’t show up within the 10 hour time frame they gave me and I planned around that so had to leave after the 10 hour time frame they gave me, finally I got it and it’s a great fridge. Wish the delivery went smoother, took two weeks to receive it on a 2 day delivery.

Perfect fit compared to the old one I had. Easy self-installation and adjustments. Great brand and value.

This rocks. So much more storage than our old fridge., lots of shelves and compartments. Very efficient use of space. Filtered water works great. Door handles are cool, just indentations into the sides of the doors, awesome!

It’s a beautiful color, fits all my groceries nicely. It’s cooling system is great so far and I like that I have more room on refrigerator side compared to the freezer since I don’t use the freezer much. Perfect for family of 4

Replaced a Whirlpool fridge from years ago with this and it's been fantastic. Very good for the money! The icemaker and water supply is great as well despite it being oddly bubbly for the first day. Everything in the fridge stays the same temperature and there's a lot of space for how compact it is.

After the second attempt to install my purchase it seems the second refer seems to working well

Outstanding refrigerator! Counter depth fits snuggly with just enough room to pull it out from wall. Size is perfect for a single girl who likes to cook. Food is always cold. Con - no deli drawer.

Overall this fridge holds quite a bit of capacity in terms of food however the icemaker is absolutely terrible. There’s just me and my husband in our household and we use up all the ice by mid day and are only filling our cups once or twice and then there’s no ice for the rest of the day. I can’t imagine having a family with kids who like ice in their cups from time to time and having this fridge you would never have ice. I would not buy this fridge if you like to use ice.

Only been a few weeks but very pleased with the roominess of this refrigerator, my last one was 25 cu ft compared to this one 22 cu ft and I can't tell the difference. very well lit and cooling is very consistent. No complaints, would buy again.

Its perfect. Fits in our small space but large enough for a family of 5. The crew that delivered was great, took their time and friendly. Our home is 120 yrs old so nothing usually fits well. But this did!
