Decent sized fridge, fit perfectly into my space. So far I haven’t had any issues and it has kept all foods at expected temperatures. The only thing I dislike as of now is the label inside of the fridge that you cannot take off

Spacious, stylish and modern! Love the new fridge!!

Gorgeous on the outside and inside. I love the way the inside looks and the design is perfect to make room for anything and everything. The only thing that is a little odd is the fact that there is no handle...and it's awkward to open the right-side door with your right hand.

This is great fridge ! It looks modern and i`m glad i went up with counter depth, it`s not sticking out like my previous one. i just hope it lasts long... enough space , i wa worried that it would be less space than the 27 Cu has. So far fits a lot and it is so convenient with shelves, now i can see everything!!!

The product is in a good condition , I have some difficulty because the warehouse team doesn’t have the refrigerator I was try to pick up but I can’t, finally Erick take control and resolve my problem with out fees . Thanks

So far so good. The only issue I had is I had to raise the freezer temperature 3 degrees or so from the recommended zero degrees. It seemed like a little bit of access ice would form and the ice maker would get clogged. I cleaned it out, raised the temperature and haven't had that problem since.

So far it's working well. Refrigerator and freezer cool to the set temperatures; however, there do seem to be some spots that get colder. Sometimes get a drip after using the water dispenser.

This item is hard to come by. I have been waiting for 6 months for delivery from Appliances Connection, still 4 months out? Best Buy Had item and delivered it in 7 days! My mistake, stay local! GREAT FRIDGE, much space in minimal space, counter depth. The black stainless is beautiful, quiet operation.

So far, working quite nicely. Keeping appropriate temps, water flow good, ice being made.

I have a older, over 7 years old, stainless steel version of this refrigerator and if I compare the two, the older refrigerator seems much sturdier. This refrigerator has a light/plastic feel to it that I notice when I open the door. Otherwise, I have no other complaints about the refrigerator. It took the delivery company, that Best Buy hires, three attempts to deliver my refrigerator. The drivers were just to busy, or lazy, to find parking and my front door is just steps from the sidewalk. (The first delivery attempt was a few days before Thanksgiving and they refused delivery because of no parking. The third delivery driver just parked in the driveway and delivered the fridge. How simple was that?)

It’s only been a few weeks but I’m very happy with this refrigerator so far. It feels like good quality, the doors close correctly, the ice and water flow just great. I like the streamlined look- handles on my last two refrigerators always came loose anyway.

Fridge keeps things cold - freezer freezes things and keeps them frozen. The water dispenser dispenses water. The BEST thing is REAL ICE CUBES! Not ice wedges. I HATE ice wedges! :-)) My sister has fridge envy!

got this for a new home, haven't had any issues with it, water comes out chilled and has great taste, space inside and at the doors is enough for a household of 4. The app is a good add to control temperature and reminds me to get new filter.

The best fridge I ever had, i chose this one based on the size comparable with others, I'm very happy that i found this one at a very good price.

Very nice unit. Seems to be designed well except the bottom drawer is a bit small. Appears to be due to the water filter is located next to the drawer. I like the cube ice in the door. I would recommend this one.

Love it! Works great. Nice for organizing. My only suggestion is I wish there was an option for positioning shelves for some taller items.

The ice maker frequency rate is not adjustable. Once the bucket is empty, you have to wait 24 hours before it is full again.

Bought this fridge during quarantine and was unable to view it in person. However, I am glad I took the risk! The fridge provides a lot of space to separate the food, drinks, etc. Easy to install and quick to work the electronic settings.

Great fridge - i love the look, both inside & outside. The only thing that can be a little annoying, but is the same with a lot of fridges, is that pulling the vegetable drawer out is a bit difficult sometimes. But I think a lot of fridges have this problem. Other than that its great!

Nice sleek look. This unit was taller and deeper than a traditional counter depth unit. There are only two drawers, one of which is significantly smaller than usual due to the placement of the water filter location.
