Great refrigerator, love the side by side for organization. For months in, we are having issues with ice maker/water dispenser: the touch pad is not sensing touch between water and ice.

Loved my Best Buy sales associate and my refrigerator! Delivery was here on time and the guys were great.

Had to send first one back due to a defective seal on top of freezer side. Second one was not perfect, but about 95%. Not sure what the problem is there. Water dispenser is in an odd place. Have to have a wide glass or it will miss by pushing up against the “switch”. Cannot move the shelves up high on the freeze side due to the ice maker hitting the shelves. Although, there are slots to put the shelves there. Would have sent it back, but the options for the counter space refrigerators was slim.

It is very simple refrigerator/freezer. I like the simplicity. Have been using it for a month and it works good. Only thing I have noticed is that food toward the back wall tends to get colder/icy (I have it set according to factory recommendations),

Worst refrigerator I have ever owned! It was delivered with an entire door shelf missing in the freezer. The ice maker is hands down the worst technology in existence! I'll never purchase a Samsung appliance again! Stick to phones!

Fridge works really, really well. The pull out trays/drawers are cheap plastic. I don't think they will last very long. They also don't slide out easily. This model is supposed to be fingerprint resistant. (Which is what I wanted).....no way! This is very Hard to keep clean because every time you touch it, it looks dirty. I definitely would not recommend this if you have children. You will be cleaning the outside doors at least 10 times a day if you want it to stay clean.

So far very happy with the refrigerator. It matches my black appliances even though it is stainless steel, but it is black stainless and the sides are black textured, so it blends in with the old appliances. The water and ice dispenser has a lock which I like.

Really like the frig but would have LOVED it if the doors could swing open without requiring additional space on either side of the frig. Had a KitchenAid previously with doors that solved this problem.

Disappointing. Items on bottom shelf of frig freeze. Ice maker is very disappointing. Makes 8 small cubes (about enough for one glass) every 90 mins. Family of three constantly running out of ice. Sometimes it makes cubed ice, sometimes it is crushed. If you try to get crushed ice, it clogs up the ice shut and causes a backup.

Put this as my second refrigerator in my garage. Looks premium and feels premium only thing is when I close the door it is pretty easy to hear the motor turn on even in the garage so I’m not sure how good that would in a kitchen.

We have purchased many Samsung refrigerators over the years for our developments and they are amongst the most reliable.

The product arrived and right out of the box it wasn't working properly. The refrigerator temperature would not move from 32 degrees. Products were freezing. The freezer would not fully freeze, it would only get to about 10 degrees. Had to make a service call and the technician could not visit until 10 days later. Technician had to replace the back panel and temperature sensors. A brand new product wasn't made correctly. Technician said the problems I encountered were often seen in new refrigerators. Unbelievable yet these days the name goes on before the quality goes in.

Too shallow for my liking, bestbuy didnt have the measurements correct on the product page so it didnt end up working out for me, too bad
